【摘要】：正 在今年召開(kāi)的中國(guó)審計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)五屆三次理事會(huì)上,劉家義審計(jì)長(zhǎng)全面系統(tǒng)地闡述了國(guó)家審計(jì)作為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)運(yùn)行"免疫系統(tǒng)"的重要觀點(diǎn),《審計(jì)署2008至2012年審計(jì)工作發(fā)展規(guī)劃》把充分發(fā)揮審計(jì)"免疫系統(tǒng)"功能作為審計(jì)工作總體目標(biāo)的重要內(nèi)容。"免疫系統(tǒng)"功能的提出,深刻揭示了審計(jì)的本質(zhì),是對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義國(guó)家審計(jì)制度的更高定位,它豐富了國(guó)家
