【摘要】：作為從事國家審計工作的主體,審計專業(yè)人員具備的工作能力對審計監(jiān)督職責的履行程度具有決定性影響。本文基于能力的研究文獻,并結合審計工作特性,對審計專業(yè)人員的工作能力進行科學界定。并從審計專業(yè)人員工作能力的基本構成要素、總體分類、能力維度和具體能力內容四個角度,將審計專業(yè)人員工作能力的本質展現出來,明確了提高審計專業(yè)人員工作能力的方向。立足于教育培訓、實踐鍛煉和自主學習三種途徑,針對審計專業(yè)人員工作能力的"元能力維度"、"價值觀、品質和特質能力維度"、"調控情感能力維度"、"行為能力維度"和"知識和技能維度"下的的具體能力內容,分別提出提高審計專業(yè)人員工作能力的措施。
[Abstract]:As the main body of national audit, the ability of audit professionals has a decisive impact on the performance of audit supervision.Based on the research literature of competence and combined with the characteristics of audit work, this paper scientifically defines the working ability of audit professionals.The direction of improving the working ability of audit professionals is clarified.Based on the three approaches of education and training, practical training and autonomous learning, the author aims at the "meta-competence dimension" and "values" of audit professionals' working ability.The content of specific competence under the dimensions of quality and trait ability, the dimension of regulating emotion ability, the dimension of behavior ability and the dimension of knowledge and skill respectively put forward the measures to improve the working ability of audit professionals.
