組織文化對(duì)摩洛哥建筑業(yè)績(jī)效的影響

建筑業(yè)對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響很大。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目績(jī)效較好將有效提高建設(shè)生產(chǎn)力,并將對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生積極影響。鑒于組織文化與企業(yè)有效性等結(jié)果之間存在顯著的關(guān)系,并基于資源基礎(chǔ)觀點(diǎn)理論,本研究提出了一種調(diào)查組織文化對(duì)建筑企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響的文化效率模型,尤其是在摩洛哥的情況下。在摩洛哥開展業(yè)務(wù)的當(dāng)?shù)爻邪镜墓芾砣藛T的答復(fù)是采用精心構(gòu)建的問卷調(diào)查收集的。對(duì)收集到的問卷進(jìn)行完整性檢查,并編入社會(huì)科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包(第21版)進(jìn)行分析。多元線性回歸分析被用來評(píng)估組織文化對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響模型。研究表明,市場(chǎng)文化民主文化和家族文化對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效有正向影響。層次文化對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效有負(fù)面影響。此外,回歸分析表明,市場(chǎng)文化可能是促進(jìn)摩洛哥建筑公司業(yè)績(jī)的文化背景,這可能會(huì)說明市場(chǎng)文化背景水平越高,摩洛哥建筑業(yè)的績(jī)效水平就越高行業(yè)。這些結(jié)果可能對(duì)摩洛哥建筑公司培養(yǎng)正確的組織文化有所幫助,有助于提高公司的效率。該研究建議,應(yīng)該在鄰國(guó)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的研究,以發(fā)現(xiàn)這一結(jié)果是否對(duì)我們研究的國(guó)家特別重要,并深入了解這種關(guān)系。
