【摘要】：隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步建立和完善，電力體制改革的持續(xù)深化，供電公司作為國有企業(yè)的弊端在市場競爭中逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。本文從改善管理現(xiàn)狀，提高A供電公司的綜合競爭力出發(fā)，通過對A供電公司的組織架構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的分析，審核現(xiàn)階段的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與運營水平，運用SWOT分析工具對公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)原組織架構(gòu)體系存在的問題；然后以公司戰(zhàn)略為指導(dǎo)，按照“集約化、扁平化、專業(yè)化”方向，設(shè)計了公司新的組織架構(gòu)體系方案，明確了部門職能，壓縮了管理層級，縮短了業(yè)務(wù)鏈條，整合優(yōu)化公司業(yè)務(wù)管理體系、優(yōu)化公司工作流程，統(tǒng)籌人財物核心資源，建立起一套更加科學(xué)、更加高效的組織管理體系，從而從根本上提高電力企業(yè)的效率，增強(qiáng)電力企業(yè)的市場競爭力。 供電企業(yè)組織機(jī)構(gòu)體系研究雖然具有十分重要的意義，但目前國內(nèi)相關(guān)的研究文獻(xiàn)及其理論成果還不常見，在資料收集和整理中，只能借助于其它相關(guān)組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)立的理論。文中所討論的組織架構(gòu)體系模式也需要在公司運行實踐中經(jīng)歷檢驗，，不斷完善。

[Abstract]:With the gradual establishment and improvement of China's market economy system and the continuous deepening of power system reform, the drawbacks of power supply companies as state-owned enterprises gradually appear in the market competition. In order to improve the present situation of management and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of A power supply company, through the analysis of the present situation of the organizational structure of A power supply company, this paper examines the organizational structure and operation level at the present stage, analyzes the internal and external environment of the company by using SWOT analysis tool, and finds out the problems existing in the original organizational structure system. Then, under the guidance of the company strategy, according to the direction of "intensification, flattening and specialization", a new organizational structure system scheme of the company is designed, which clarifies the functions of the department, compresses the management level, shortens the business chain, integrates and optimizes the business management system, optimizes the work flow of the company, coordinates the core resources of people and property, and establishes a more scientific and more efficient organizational and management system. So as to fundamentally improve the efficiency of electric power enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of electric power enterprises. Although it is of great significance to study the organizational system of power supply enterprises, the relevant domestic research literature and its theoretical results are not common at present. In data collection and collation, we can only rely on the theory of other related organizational structures. The organizational architecture model discussed in this paper also needs to be tested and constantly improved in the operation practice of the company.
