海洋平臺建造項目風(fēng)險管理研究
[Abstract]:As we all know, XX shipping group is emerging in the world because of ship repair. However, under the background of financial crisis and world economic downturn, it is difficult to get out of the trough in recent years. As a new economic growth point of the development of the shipping industry, the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry has a broad space for development. At present, marine engineering has become a new direction for shipping enterprises to march. XX shipping group will not give up such a good opportunity. XX shipping Qidong Maritime Industry Base has long been formally approved by the state. The "Sevan Driller offshore platform" undertaken by Nantong XX shipping has been successfully completed in Qidong Marine Engineering Base a few days ago, which has had a great impact in the world, and the entry into force of the second drilling platform XX offshore platform has also become a reality. This will play a great role in promoting the follow-up construction of Qidong Maritime Engineering Base, and it will also be of great significance to the maintenance of orders for XX shipping and marine manufacturing projects. This paper first gives a systematic overview of the project risk management theory, and briefly expounds the basic theory of offshore platform construction project risk management and several processes of project risk management through the reference of domestic and foreign literature. Secondly, this paper divides the offshore platform construction project risk management into four processes: risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring. Finally, based on the specific "XX offshore platform" offshore platform construction project, the risk is identified, analyzed and studied, the corresponding risk control measures are worked out, and the whole process of project risk management is analyzed and studied in real time. Under the condition that the ship market is in the doldrums, many enterprises begin to dabble in marine engineering, believing that their competitors are few and their profits are considerable. In the past two years, the competition in the marine engineering market has become increasingly fierce. In order to ensure the survival of enterprises, the profit space in the marine engineering market has been reduced in order to ensure the survival of enterprises. High risk and low profit marine engineering construction project should be paid attention to by enterprises. The risk management of offshore platform construction project is to control the risk of the project in the process of the project, so as to ensure the smooth delivery of the project, which is of great significance to the project. Although the research of project risk management can not directly produce economic benefits, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of risks, thus reducing losses and accident injuries, ensuring the safety of personnel's lives and property, and is conducive to the smooth progress of the project and the creation of enterprise economic benefits. The research on risk management of XX Shipping Group, which pays great attention to risk management, can be seen as its importance. It is very necessary to make a reasonable risk assessment for marine engineering construction project.
