BL加油站便利店庫存管理研究

【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，零售業(yè)市場的競爭日趨激烈，便利店這種業(yè)態(tài)在國內(nèi)發(fā)展迅猛，，特別是加油站便利店是近幾年出現(xiàn)的新的便利店形態(tài)。加油站便利店發(fā)展迅猛，產(chǎn)品品種日益增多。供給需求的不確定性使便利店供需不平衡的現(xiàn)象非常突出。庫存的嚴(yán)重積壓和產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)常性缺貨并存，由此帶來的運(yùn)營成本的上升和經(jīng)營利潤的下降。庫存的嚴(yán)重問題制約了便利店的發(fā)展。如何通過高效的庫存管理平衡供需矛盾提升利潤空間增強(qiáng)核心競爭力是目前便利店行業(yè)特別是剛剛起步的加油站便利店行業(yè)急待解決的問題。 本文以成都的BL加油站便利店的庫存管理情況為研究對象，首先分析了BL加油站便利店庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀，通過對現(xiàn)狀的分析，指出了供給需求的不確定性、缺乏科學(xué)的庫存管理方式，缺乏供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作的管理思想是導(dǎo)致該便利店庫存成本居高不下、庫存大量積壓、缺貨率高的主要原因。針對該便利店庫存管理粗放，缺少適度的庫存管理理論支撐的問題，本文使用ABC分類法對現(xiàn)有銷售商品進(jìn)行分類，然后引入EOQ模型應(yīng)用到產(chǎn)品的訂購預(yù)測中去，探討了取得經(jīng)濟(jì)批量訂購的方法。通過運(yùn)用這些科學(xué)定量的分析的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果，說明這些庫存管理改進(jìn)方法如何降低了BL加油站便利店的庫存成本。最后本文提出了供應(yīng)商管理庫存的策略，指出BL加油站便利店可以加與供應(yīng)商的合作以求降低供給的不確定性更好的實現(xiàn)優(yōu)化庫存結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)果。 本文的研究結(jié)果對助于發(fā)現(xiàn)BL加油站便利店的庫存管理中存在的問題，提高BL加油站便利店庫存管理水平，降低BL加油站便利店的庫存成本，提高BL加油站便利店配送效率，降低BL加油站便利店缺貨損失，提升BL加油站便利店的競爭力都有一定效果，對其與BL加油站便利店同屬一個公司的其它加油站便利店的經(jīng)營管理也有重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of domestic economy and the continuous expansion of urban scale, the competition in retail market is becoming more and more fierce. Convenience store is developing rapidly in China, especially gas station convenience store is a new form of convenience store in recent years. Gas station convenience store is developing rapidly and the variety of products is increasing day by day. The uncertainty of supply and demand makes the imbalance between supply and demand of convenience stores very prominent. The serious overstock of inventory and the recurrent shortage of products coexist, resulting in the rise of operating costs and the decline of operating profits. The serious problem of inventory restricts the development of convenience store. How to enhance the profit space to enhance the core competitiveness through efficient inventory management to balance the contradiction between supply and demand is an urgent problem to be solved in the convenience store industry, especially in the gas station convenience store industry, which is just started. This paper takes the inventory management of BL gas station convenience store in Chengdu as the research object, first analyzes the present situation of BL gas station convenience store inventory management, through the analysis of the present situation, points out the uncertainty of supply and demand. The lack of scientific inventory management methods and the lack of supply chain cooperation management ideas are the main reasons for the high inventory cost, large inventory backlog and high shortage rate of the convenience store. In order to solve the problem that the inventory management of the convenience store is extensive and lack of moderate inventory management theory, this paper uses ABC classification to classify the existing sold goods, and then introduces the EOQ model to apply the EOQ model to the order prediction of the products. The method of obtaining economic batch order is discussed. By using the data results of these scientific and quantitative analysis, this paper explains how these improved inventory management methods can reduce the inventory cost of convenience stores in BL gas stations. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategy of supplier management inventory, and points out that BL gas station convenience store can cooperate with suppliers in order to reduce the uncertainty of supply and optimize the inventory structure. The results of this paper help to find out the problems existing in the inventory management of BL gas station convenience store, improve the inventory management level of BL gas station convenience store, reduce the inventory cost of BL gas station convenience store, and improve the distribution efficiency of BL gas station convenience store. Reducing the shortage loss of BL gas station convenience store and improving the competitiveness of BL gas station convenience store have certain effects, which also have important reference value for the operation and management of other gas station convenience stores which belong to the same company as BL gas station convenience store.
