【摘要】：鋼鐵企業(yè)電力主要來(lái)源于兩個(gè)部分:自產(chǎn)電和外購(gòu)電,如何合理搭配它們之間的比例顯得尤為重要.開展科學(xué)合理的電力生產(chǎn)和分析,對(duì)于電力生產(chǎn)調(diào)度、減少企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)成本是非常重要的工作.運(yùn)用電力折算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤等價(jià)系數(shù)對(duì)某鋼鐵聯(lián)合企業(yè)的電力進(jìn)行分析,推導(dǎo)出計(jì)算的通用公式,并通過(guò)實(shí)例數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明該鋼鐵企業(yè)外購(gòu)電比例為29.5%最經(jīng)濟(jì),與企業(yè)實(shí)際情況相符,驗(yàn)證了公式的準(zhǔn)確性.
[Abstract]:The power of iron and steel enterprises mainly comes from two parts: self-producing electricity and purchasing electricity. How to match the proportion between them is particularly important. It is very important to carry out scientific and reasonable power production and analysis for power production scheduling and reducing the economic cost of enterprises. The electric power of a joint iron and steel enterprise is analyzed by using the equivalent coefficient of electric power conversion standard coal, and the general formula is deduced. The example data show that the proportion of purchased electricity in the iron and steel enterprise is 29.5%, which is the most economical. Consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise, the accuracy of the formula is verified.
