吉諾公司深圳工廠SPC應(yīng)用方案研究

【摘要】:隨著中國改革開放的深入,人們對質(zhì)量的要求越來越高!這給中國企業(yè)的生存發(fā)展帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。如何管控企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量,確保企業(yè)的競爭力,為企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展帶來更大的利潤空間?Statistic Process Control(英文縮寫SPC),中文意思即統(tǒng)計過程控制便是這樣一種工具,,它經(jīng)歷近80年的發(fā)展,充分證明了這一點! 本文以深圳吉諾公司為解決在生產(chǎn)過程中的問題為例,說明生產(chǎn)企業(yè)是如何開始導(dǎo)入SPC運用研究的,如何實施其SPC計劃,實施中有碰到哪些問題,如何解決?如何更好地應(yīng)用SPC為企業(yè)服務(wù)。文章首先介紹了研究背景與意義,重點介紹了SPC基礎(chǔ)知識,如SPC控制圖的由來,SPC控制圖的理論依據(jù),與SPC關(guān)系重要的測量系統(tǒng)分析,常見計量型數(shù)據(jù)控制圖與計數(shù)型控制圖的分類,過程能力指數(shù)分析,SPC國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及動態(tài),同時介紹了本文的研究思路與研究內(nèi)容。其次介紹說明了吉諾公司的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,如吉諾公司深圳工廠概況,吉諾公司深圳工廠質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀;吉諾公司深圳工廠SPC應(yīng)用問題點。然后介紹說明了吉諾公司如何推行SPC,重點介紹了吉諾公司研究SPC應(yīng)用方案,如建立適宜SPC運行環(huán)境,識別關(guān)健過程節(jié)點,SPC控制特性確定,SPC控制圖類型的選擇,如何收集數(shù)據(jù)資料,SPC控制圖繪制及應(yīng)用案例說明,SPC控制圖的判定及應(yīng)用案例說明,SPC應(yīng)用過程中的問題點及改善方案等;接下來說明了吉諾公司具體如何實施SPC應(yīng)用計劃方案,如確定SPC方針和目標(biāo),明確相關(guān)人員職責(zé)和權(quán)限,提供足夠資源(培訓(xùn)),定期評審SPC系統(tǒng)。對SPC統(tǒng)計過程實施維護(hù),對SPC應(yīng)用評價及持續(xù)改進(jìn)等。 本文最后總結(jié)了吉諾公司推行實施SPC的的成果,同時也總結(jié)了吉諾公司推行SPC應(yīng)用研究的問題點,并提出了相關(guān)的改進(jìn)措施,希望能為其它想推行SPC統(tǒng)計過程控制技術(shù)的企業(yè)提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, people have higher and higher requirements for quality! This has brought great challenges to the survival and development of Chinese enterprises. How to control the quality of the production process of the enterprise, ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise, and bring more profit space for the survival and development of the enterprise? Statistic Process Control (acronym SPC), means statistical process control is such a tool. It has experienced nearly 80 years of development, which fully proves this! Taking Shenzhen Jinuo Company as an example to solve the problems in the production process, this paper explains how the production enterprises began to introduce SPC application research, how to implement its SPC plan, what problems were encountered in the implementation, and how to solve them. How to better apply SPC to serve the enterprise. This paper first introduces the research background and significance, and focuses on the basic knowledge of SPC, such as the origin of SPC control chart, the theoretical basis of SPC control chart, and the analysis of the important measurement system related to SPC. The classification of common metrological data control chart and counting control chart, the analysis of process capability index, the development status and trend of SPC at home and abroad, and the research ideas and contents of this paper are introduced at the same time. Secondly, the quality situation of Jino Company is introduced, such as the general situation of Jino Shenzhen factory, the present situation of quality management of Jino Shenzhen factory, and the application problem point of SPC in Jinuo Shenzhen factory. Then it introduces how to carry out SPC, in Gino Company, and focuses on the SPC application scheme of Gino Company, such as establishing a suitable SPC operating environment, identifying key process nodes, determining SPC control characteristics, and selecting the types of SPC control charts. How to collect data, SPC control chart drawing and application case description, SPC control chart decision and application case description, SPC application process of the problem point and improvement scheme, and so on. Then it explains how to implement SPC application plan, such as defining SPC policy and objectives, defining the responsibilities and permissions of relevant personnel, providing adequate resources (training), and regularly reviewing the SPC system. Maintenance of SPC statistical process, evaluation and continuous improvement of SPC application, etc. At the end of this paper, this paper summarizes the results of implementing SPC in Gino Company, and also summarizes the problems in carrying out SPC application research in Gino Company, and puts forward some relevant improvement measures. It is hoped that it can provide some reference for other enterprises that want to carry out SPC statistical process control technology.
