【摘要】：在推動城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化方面健全體制機制,形成了以工促農(nóng)、以城帶鄉(xiāng)、工農(nóng)互惠、城鄉(xiāng)一體的新型工農(nóng)城鄉(xiāng)關系,讓廣大農(nóng)民平等參與現(xiàn)代化進程,著力在城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、基礎設施、公共服務等方面推進一體化,促進了城鄉(xiāng)要素平等交換和公共資源均衡配置。新民居建設的成功探索,逐步推進主城區(qū)擴張、縣城擴容、中心鎮(zhèn)擴大、中心村擴村,對進一步推進統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化具有重要的推動作用。
[Abstract]:In promoting the integration of urban and rural development, we have improved the institutional mechanism and formed a new type of urban-rural relationship between urban and rural areas, which promotes agriculture through industry and rural areas, benefits from workers and peasants, and integrates urban and rural areas, so that the vast number of farmers can participate in the modernization process on an equal footing and focus on urban and rural planning. The integration of infrastructure and public services has promoted the equal exchange of urban and rural elements and the balanced allocation of public resources. The successful exploration of the construction of new dwellings plays an important role in promoting the expansion of the main urban area, the expansion of the county town, the expansion of the central town and the expansion of the village in the central village, which plays an important role in promoting the integration of urban and rural development as a whole.
