人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中制造業(yè)升級(jí)的演變路徑研究

【摘要】：1949年建國以來，經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展，我國逐漸完成了對(duì)工業(yè)的社會(huì)主義改造，建立了完善的社會(huì)主義工業(yè)體系。制造業(yè)的建設(shè)在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的發(fā)展中長期占據(jù)著重要地位。1978年改革開放以來我國經(jīng)濟(jì)總量不斷攀升，從1979年至今的30多年間，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)逐年持續(xù)高速增長，近年來，由美國引發(fā)的全球性經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)，是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)歷史機(jī)遇。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和綜合國力的不斷提高，以及國際地位的不斷上升，我國已經(jīng)成為世界最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)體和對(duì)外貿(mào)易體之一。我國對(duì)外金融管制的逐步自由化,我國在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)體和金融體系中的重要性日益增強(qiáng),人民幣已經(jīng)在中國與周邊國家的貿(mào)易中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,而中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起和影響力的增強(qiáng),更加激發(fā)了人們對(duì)人民幣國際化可能性的思考。我國綜合國力的提升及人民幣國際化的加快對(duì)制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提出了根本性的要求。長期以來，我國一直是“制造業(yè)大國”，而非“制造業(yè)強(qiáng)國”。實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)最主要的是使制造業(yè)從產(chǎn)值型轉(zhuǎn)向效益型，由速度型轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)性，由數(shù)量型轉(zhuǎn)向質(zhì)量型，由粗放型轉(zhuǎn)向集約型，調(diào)整、優(yōu)化制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)。我們主要分輕紡業(yè)，化工業(yè)及裝備業(yè)三大類來分析制造業(yè)的演變升級(jí)。因此，人民幣國際化有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)人民幣的自由兌換，為制造業(yè)的升級(jí)及對(duì)外貿(mào)易提供了極大的便利。人民幣國際化有利于減少匯價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易，有利于降低交易成本，減輕企業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)，有利于提供貿(mào)易商機(jī)，吸引海外企業(yè)投資。 本文首先主要從時(shí)間角度及人民幣功能角度對(duì)人民幣國際化的進(jìn)程及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)認(rèn)真的分析，然后對(duì)我國制造業(yè)選取具有代表性的輕紡業(yè)，化工業(yè)，運(yùn)輸及裝備業(yè)三大行業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行闡述。選取1994年-2011年的歷年人民幣兌美元匯率數(shù)據(jù)及三大制造業(yè)的工業(yè)制成品出口貿(mào)易額數(shù)據(jù)，進(jìn)行線性相關(guān)性實(shí)證分析并進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出本文主要結(jié)論：在持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的匯率水平下，人民幣匯率穩(wěn)定的升值有利于工業(yè)制成品的出口及制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。本文共分為五個(gè)部分： 第一部分是緒論。主要介紹了選題背景及意義，國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述，本文的研究思路和方法及可能的創(chuàng)新和不足。 第二部分是人民幣國際化進(jìn)程與現(xiàn)狀分析。主要分析了我國人民幣國際化的時(shí)間進(jìn)程，地域進(jìn)程及功能擴(kuò)展進(jìn)程。目前，，人民幣已經(jīng)成為了周邊國家的區(qū)域性貨幣，人民幣在港臺(tái)地區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展較快，雙邊貨幣合作不斷取得突破，跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算試點(diǎn)有序開展。此外，當(dāng)前我國人民幣對(duì)內(nèi)貶值，對(duì)外升值的趨勢更加明顯。 第三部分對(duì)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展從輕紡業(yè)，化工業(yè)，裝備業(yè)三大行業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程及產(chǎn)業(yè)演變升級(jí)進(jìn)行了具體詳細(xì)的理論分析。 第四部分首先從理論方面對(duì)人民幣國際化與制造業(yè)升級(jí)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。然后在分別具體分析了人民幣匯率與人民幣國際化之間的關(guān)系及人民幣國際化與國際貿(mào)易之間的關(guān)系。最后選取1994年-2011年的歷年人民幣兌美元匯率數(shù)據(jù)及三大制造業(yè)的工業(yè)制成品出口貿(mào)易額數(shù)據(jù)，根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)及計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，并進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。 第五部分是總結(jié)。主要對(duì)前文研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)，得出本文結(jié)論，并對(duì)未來研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, after several decades of development, our country has gradually completed the socialist transformation of the industry, and set up a perfect socialist industrial system. The construction of the manufacturing industry plays an important role in the development of our national economy system. The improvement of the comprehensive national strength and the acceleration of the internationalization of the RMB have made a fundamental requirement for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The most important of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is to shift the manufacturing industry from the output value type to the utility model. We are mainly divided into three categories: light spinning, chemical industry and equipment industry to analyze the evolution and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Therefore, the internationalization of the RMB is favorable for realizing the free exchange of the RMB, which provides great convenience for the upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the foreign trade. The internationalization of RMB is beneficial to reducing the risk of exchange price, promoting foreign trade, helping to reduce transaction costs, reducing the burden of enterprises, facilitating the provision of trade business opportunities and attracting investment from overseas enterprises. In this paper, the process and present situation of RMB internationalization are analyzed in detail in terms of time angle and the function of RMB, and then the development of three major industries, such as light spinning, chemical industry, transportation and equipment industry, is selected in the manufacturing industry of China.
