110千伏郵紅電網(wǎng)線路施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放逐步深入,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)加速發(fā)展,電力需求日益增大,亟需供電企業(yè)建設(shè)更多可靠的電網(wǎng)線路。由于電網(wǎng)線路建設(shè)工程具有點(diǎn)多線長(zhǎng)面廣的特點(diǎn),且受電網(wǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)模、電網(wǎng)安全需要和供電負(fù)荷需求等外部環(huán)境影響較大,一定程度上制約了我國(guó)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的發(fā)展速度。為此,如何使用進(jìn)度管理工具進(jìn)一步完善電網(wǎng)線路建設(shè)工程的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制方法,提高電網(wǎng)建設(shè)效率,是當(dāng)前迫切需要解決的重要課題。本文以110千伏郵紅線施工項(xiàng)目為例,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析、調(diào)查研究、比較分析等手段,對(duì)當(dāng)前電網(wǎng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入研究,剖析了影響電網(wǎng)建設(shè)進(jìn)度的六條因素,從組織設(shè)置、進(jìn)度控制、質(zhì)量控制、安全控制和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃執(zhí)行結(jié)果報(bào)告等五個(gè)方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),提出了保障工期的三點(diǎn)整改措施,對(duì)我國(guó)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)際管理具有-定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the accelerated development of market economy and the increasing demand for electricity, it is urgent for power supply enterprises to build more reliable power grid lines. Because the power grid line construction project has the characteristics of long and wide range of points and lines, and is greatly affected by the external environment, such as the scale of power grid development, the security needs of power grid and the demand of power supply load, to a certain extent, it restricts the development speed of power grid construction in our country. Therefore, how to use schedule management tools to further improve the progress plan and control method of power grid line construction project and improve the efficiency of power grid construction is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently at present. Taking 110 kV postal red line construction project as an example, this paper makes a deep study on the present situation of progress management of power grid construction project by means of systematic analysis, investigation and research, and comparative analysis, and analyzes six factors that affect the progress of power grid construction. This paper optimizes the design of the project schedule management scheme from five aspects: organization setting, schedule control, quality control, safety control and progress plan implementation result report, and puts forward three points rectification measures to ensure the construction period. It is of practical significance and guidance to the actual management of power grid construction projects in China.
