科左風電場一期工程項目綜合評價研究
[Abstract]:Conventional energy sources, such as coal and petroleum, emit pollutants such as carbon dioxide, nitride, sulfides, ash and dust when generating electricity. The emission of harmful gases is the main cause of Greenhouse Effect and acid rain. Renewable clean energy, compared to traditional energy, has little pollution to the atmospheric environment. At the same time can save a lot of water resources and coal, which is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction. Vigorously developing renewable energy is an effective way to achieve sustainable development of energy. Wind power generation is the most mature technology and has the greatest potential in clean and renewable energy generation at present, and wind energy has also become the fastest growing field of various new energy sources. Large-scale application of wind power projects in China is an effective measure to realize low carbonation and sustainable development of economy in China. At the same time, it is of great significance to alleviate Greenhouse Effect, realize environment and sustainable development of economy. The comprehensive evaluation of the completed wind power projects can test the degree of completion of the expected objectives of the wind power projects, whether the wind power projects meet the expected grid-connected output capacity, and can test the completion of the energy saving and emission reduction targets of the wind power projects. Can test the development of wind power projects to promote the adjustment of China's power industry structure. Comprehensive evaluation of wind power projects has a very important decision-making role and great practical significance for low-carbon economy in China. Therefore, this paper takes the first phase project of Kezuo wind farm as an example, carries on the corresponding comprehensive evaluation research to the wind power project construction, establishes the evaluation index system, combines the triangle fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to carry on the empirical analysis, For the future wind power project to provide guidance and reference role. In this paper, the development trend, research status and future development of comprehensive evaluation of wind power projects at home and abroad are fully studied. Secondly, the relevant theory of comprehensive evaluation of wind power projects is introduced, and according to the actual situation of Kezuo wind power project, According to the content of the comprehensive evaluation of the project, the comprehensive evaluation study was carried out from the four aspects of the project implementation process, the project financial benefits, the project impact and the project sustainability in the first phase of the Kesuo wind power project. The comprehensive evaluation index system of the first phase project of Kezuo wind power is constructed. The weight of each index is determined by the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FEAHP), and the score of each index is calculated and counted by the way of the expert score. According to the weight and the statistical results of experts' scores, the evaluation results of the first phase project of Kesuo Wind Power are given. Finally, according to the index system established earlier and the actual situation of the project construction, from improving the accuracy of wind speed prediction, strengthening the management level of equipment arrival and cargo, and strengthening the maintenance management of wind turbines, Starting from five aspects of project monitoring management and application for CDM to improve energy saving efficiency, relevant suggestions are given, which can be used for reference for similar wind power project construction in the future.
