天津中燃內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升策略研究

【摘要】:隨著國際航運業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,越來越多的航運船舶投入到航運運輸行業(yè)中同樣伴隨國際航運業(yè)的發(fā)展,船舶燃料供應(yīng)企業(yè)也如雨后春筍般孕育而生,尤其近幾年來,各個港口的船舶燃料供應(yīng)企業(yè)更是發(fā)展迅猛,面對如此的發(fā)展機遇,我們也要清醒的認識到機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的道理——面對企業(yè)間嚴峻的競爭形勢,如何利用提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量來提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益是我們亟待解決的問題。 長期以來,國內(nèi)外對于提高企業(yè)外部服務(wù)質(zhì)量來提高企業(yè)效益的理論層出不窮,研究理論的深入使得各行各業(yè)的企業(yè)對于外部服務(wù)質(zhì)量的要求越來越高,豈不知內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量也很重要。但是對于內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量的研究理論還不是很多,如果在面對企業(yè)競爭時,我們彼此之間都很重視外部服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提高,不積極思考與審視企業(yè)內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量,其生存與競爭空間勢必將越走越窄。因此,企業(yè)應(yīng)該在日常的管理中運用管理學(xué)、人力資源管理學(xué)、服務(wù)管理學(xué)、企業(yè)文化學(xué)等理論,利用提高內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量,對企業(yè)內(nèi)部各部門進行改革和優(yōu)化,確保企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中獲得生存和發(fā)展的空間。 本論文以天津中燃船舶燃料有限公司為樣本,分析其內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量的不足之處,總結(jié)了天津中燃船舶燃料有限公司內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量提高的途徑,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提高其內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量的途徑的實施策略及具體的操作思路,為進一步提高企業(yè)競爭力提供了管理保障,從而在激烈的市場競爭中獲得更多的利益,本文是筆者自身通過長期的工作實踐以及對企業(yè)各部門考察、了解得出的一些提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部服務(wù)質(zhì)量的具體實施策略,對于企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展是大有益處的。
[Abstract]:With the development of the international shipping industry, more and more shipping vessels have been put into the shipping and transportation industry, along with the development of the international shipping industry. The ship fuel supply enterprises in various ports are developing rapidly, facing such development opportunities, we should also be aware of the coexistence of the opportunity and the challenge _ in the face of the severe competition situation between the enterprises, How to improve the enterprise's economic benefit by improving the enterprise's internal quality of service is a problem to be solved urgently. For a long time, the theory of improving the enterprise's benefit both at home and abroad is to improve the enterprise's external quality of service. In the face of the competition of the enterprises, we attach great importance to the improvement of the external quality of service, do not actively think and look at the quality of service within the enterprise, and the more the survival and the competition will be. Therefore, the enterprise should use the theory of management, human resource management, service management, enterprise culture and so on in the daily management to improve the internal quality of service and reform and optimize the internal departments of the enterprise. To ensure the survival and development of the enterprise in the fierce market competition In this paper, the defects of the internal service quality of the fuel co., ltd. of Tianjin Zhongburn Marine Fuel Co., Ltd. are analyzed, and the ways to improve the internal quality of service in Tianjin Zhongsheng Marine Fuel Co., Ltd. are summarized. On the base of this, the implementation strategy of improving the internal quality of service and the concrete operation thought are put forward, so as to provide the management guarantee for further improving the enterprise's competitive power, so as to get more in the fierce market competition In this paper, the author, through the long-term practice of work and the inspection of the various departments of the enterprise, is of great importance to the future development of the enterprise.
