A企業(yè)員工薪酬滿意度研究

【摘要】:如何吸引、留住企業(yè)發(fā)展所需要的人才,如何穩(wěn)定企業(yè)員工隊伍,優(yōu)化人力資源配置,是企業(yè)開展人力資源管理必須面臨和解決的課題。在這個課題中,發(fā)揮首要和關(guān)鍵作用的是薪酬。加強對員工薪酬滿意度情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,能夠不斷優(yōu)化員工薪酬管理模式,提升員工的薪酬滿意度,進(jìn)而提升員工工作效率,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。研究A企業(yè)員工薪酬滿意度可以為大型國有企業(yè)人力資源薪酬管理提供有益的參考,可以為煙草生產(chǎn)類工業(yè)企業(yè)薪酬管理提供有益的探索。 全文共分為六個章節(jié)。第一章介紹了選題背景、研究意義、研究思路與方法,闡述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。第二章界定了薪酬滿意度的概念,簡要介紹了員工薪酬滿意度相關(guān)理論,包括需求層次理論、雙因素理論、期望理論、公平理論。第三章介紹了A企業(yè)情況和薪酬管理現(xiàn)狀。第四章是本文的重點內(nèi)容,通過整理統(tǒng)計問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析方法對A企業(yè)員工薪酬滿意度現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究,找出影響A企業(yè)薪酬滿意度的主要因素。第五章針對研究結(jié)論提出改進(jìn)提高薪酬滿意度的策略建議。第六章探討了研究薪酬滿意度需要關(guān)注的方面。
[Abstract]:How to attract and retain the talents needed for the development of enterprises, how to stabilize the staff of enterprises, and how to optimize the allocation of human resources are the issues that must be faced and solved in the development of human resources management in enterprises. In this topic, the primary and key role is compensation. Strengthening the investigation and research on employee's salary satisfaction can continuously optimize the salary management mode, improve the employee's salary satisfaction, and then improve the employee's working efficiency and realize the strategic goal of the enterprise. The study of employee salary satisfaction in enterprise A can provide a useful reference for human resources compensation management in large state-owned enterprises and a beneficial exploration for salary management in tobacco production industrial enterprises. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods, and describes the relevant literature at home and abroad. The second chapter defines the concept of salary satisfaction, and briefly introduces the related theories of employee compensation satisfaction, including demand hierarchy theory, two-factor theory, expectation theory, and fairness theory. The third chapter introduces the situation of A enterprise and the current situation of salary management. The fourth chapter is the key content of this paper. Through sorting out the questionnaire data, using the factor analysis method to analyze the current situation of salary satisfaction of employees in A enterprise, find out the main factors that affect the salary satisfaction of A enterprise. The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the salary satisfaction. The sixth chapter discusses the aspects that need to be paid attention to in the study of salary satisfaction.
