基于免疫理論的上市乳制品企業(yè)危機(jī)預(yù)警管理研究
[Abstract]:However, the dairy industry presents the situation of frequent crises, exposing the failure of some dairy enterprises' crisis warning mechanism, the imperfect management of crisis early warning, and so on. The outbreak of dairy crisis has not only seriously damaged the dairy industry in China, but also shook the basic confidence of the general public in dairy enterprises. Therefore, how to minimize the crisis of dairy enterprises by improving the effective crisis early warning has become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars' attention and a brand-new theoretical research and practical topic. Based on the theory of crisis, the theory of crisis early warning and the theory of immunity, this paper draws lessons from the research data of dairy products crisis at home and abroad and the achievements of successful implementation of crisis management. This paper analyzes the current crisis situation of dairy products listed enterprises and studies on crisis early-warning management of dairy products enterprises. Firstly, according to the immune theory, the crisis early warning evaluation index system of Chinese listed dairy enterprises is constructed, which includes two first-level indexes (internal dissent and external dissent) and 25 three-level indexes, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted. Using YAAHP software as an analysis tool, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of crisis early warning for listed dairy enterprises in China. Secondly, using factor analysis method and SPSS21.0 software as an analysis tool, the factors affecting dairy enterprise crisis are classified and clustered, and six public factors (production and marketing factor, quality factor, capital safety factor) are established, which are composed of six factors: enterprise production and marketing factor, quality factor, capital safety factor, and so on. Profit factor, enterprise modernization factor and enterprise image factor). Finally, according to the national conditions of our country, and drawing lessons from the experience of early warning management of dairy products crisis in foreign countries, from the aspects of enterprise production and marketing ability, product quality, capital safety, profitability, modernization construction and enterprise image, The countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the crisis early-warning management of dairy enterprises in China were put forward.
