杭錦能源公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制研究

【摘要】:近幾年,雖受到國(guó)家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的影響和拉動(dòng),煤炭行業(yè)進(jìn)入了快速、全新發(fā)展的黃金期,但進(jìn)入2012年,煤炭市場(chǎng)價(jià)格波動(dòng)加大,出現(xiàn)了供大于求、產(chǎn)能階段性過盛的矛盾,各地區(qū)各大煤炭企業(yè)競(jìng)相發(fā)展,對(duì)資源、市場(chǎng)、通道的爭(zhēng)奪日益激烈,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力加大,盈利空間縮小,給企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)創(chuàng)效帶來較大沖擊。同時(shí),全國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)重大安全事故在近兩年中相繼發(fā)生,煤礦安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻。 正處于建設(shè)起步階段的杭錦能源公司無論從整個(gè)煤炭行業(yè)和神華集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略來看,還是從內(nèi)部建設(shè)管理來看,,都面臨著巨大的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),所以,如何科學(xué)合理的制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和有效提高企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)抵抗能力,已成為杭錦能源公司在企業(yè)發(fā)展中急需解決的重要課題。 論文通過PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、概率論及梳理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)理論,細(xì)致分析了煤炭行業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境及杭錦能源公司外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境情況,并結(jié)合杭錦能源公司的實(shí)際情況,研究了企業(yè)本身的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅。得出了“科學(xué)發(fā)展、做強(qiáng)做精,強(qiáng)化管理、整體提升,安全高效、爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)一流”的戰(zhàn)略方針和“建設(shè)集團(tuán)一流能源企業(yè)”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),堅(jiān)持“新公司大貢獻(xiàn)”導(dǎo)向,初步形成了“以生產(chǎn)為依托、以營(yíng)銷為主導(dǎo)”的發(fā)展思路,并通過“安全本質(zhì)安全”“經(jīng)濟(jì)本質(zhì)安全”“政治本質(zhì)安全”三個(gè)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合公司實(shí)際、通過創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營(yíng)、細(xì)化流程等管理模式有效對(duì)公司存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行管控,以應(yīng)對(duì)各方面競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中帶來的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。 本論文的研究雖然只是針對(duì)杭錦能源公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控,但相信對(duì)于其他的正處于發(fā)展建設(shè)中的煤炭企業(yè)如何制定適合本企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控措施會(huì)起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, although the coal industry has entered a golden period of rapid and new development under the influence and pull of the high-speed development of the national macro-economy, in 2012, the price fluctuation of the coal market has increased, and there has been an oversupply over demand. The contradiction of excessive production capacity, the competing development of major coal enterprises in various regions, the increasingly fierce competition for resources, markets and channels, the increasing pressure of competition, and the narrowing of profit space have brought about a great impact on the operation and efficiency of enterprises. At the same time, major safety accidents happened in coal enterprises in the last two years, and the situation of safety production in coal mines is severe. Hangjin Energy Company, which is in the initial stage of construction, is facing enormous pressure and challenges from the perspective of the development strategy of the entire coal industry and Shenhua Group, or from the point of view of internal construction management. How to scientifically and reasonably formulate the enterprise development strategy and effectively improve the enterprise risk resistance ability has become an important issue urgently to be solved in the enterprise development of Hangjin Energy Company. This paper analyzes the macro environment of coal industry and the external and internal environment of Hangjin Energy Company by means of PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, probability analysis and statistical analysis of enterprise development strategies and risk-related theories, and analyzes in detail the macro-environment of coal industry and the external and internal environment of Hangzhou Jin Energy Company. Combined with the actual situation of Hangjin Energy Company, this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise itself. The strategic principles of "scientific development, strengthening and improving, strengthening management, promoting the whole, safe and efficient, striving for first-class energy enterprises" and the strategic objectives of "first-class energy enterprises of the Construction Group" are drawn, and the orientation of "great contribution of the new company" is adhered to. The development idea of "relying on production and taking marketing as the leading factor" has been formed initially, and through the three management standards of "safety essence security", "economic essence security", "political essence security", combining with the company's reality, through innovative management, In order to deal with the pressure and challenge in all aspects of competition, the management mode such as refining process can effectively control the risk of the company in order to meet the pressure and challenge brought by the competition. Although the research in this paper is only aimed at the development strategy and risk control of Hangjin Energy Company, But it is believed that it can be used for reference for other coal enterprises which are in the process of development and construction how to formulate the development strategy and risk control measures suitable for the enterprise.
