【摘要】：風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)由爆發(fā)式的成長(zhǎng)期逐漸進(jìn)入穩(wěn)健的成熟期,企業(yè)為了提高在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)方式去持續(xù)改善,不斷識(shí)別和消除過(guò)程中的浪費(fèi)和非增值行為,構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化,提升企業(yè)管理理念,從而在運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中不斷追求卓越和完美。本篇論文以V公司風(fēng)力發(fā)電設(shè)備精益生產(chǎn)方式為研究對(duì)象,在精益思想理論的基礎(chǔ)上分析V公司推行的具有自身特點(diǎn)的精益生產(chǎn)方式VPS,識(shí)別過(guò)程中存在的浪費(fèi),通過(guò)創(chuàng)造性思維和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作對(duì)工藝流程、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)和物流管理進(jìn)行改進(jìn),不斷的降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本來(lái)提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。首先,本篇論文闡述了V公司為了降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本所推行的精益生產(chǎn)方式VPS的核心理念,介紹了其框架結(jié)構(gòu)、改善流程、精益工具使用分布和人力資源分布。同時(shí)介紹了V公司在實(shí)施VPS中所運(yùn)用的各精益工具的概念、方法和具體步驟。其次,本篇論文對(duì)V公司的精益項(xiàng)目案例進(jìn)行了具體研究。以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目為主線(xiàn),論述了戰(zhàn)略部署、價(jià)值流圖和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)等精益生產(chǎn)管理方式在以客戶(hù)為導(dǎo)向消除浪費(fèi)、持續(xù)改進(jìn)過(guò)程中的運(yùn)用。最后,本篇論文對(duì)VPS精益生產(chǎn)方式和精益項(xiàng)目案例分析所進(jìn)行的研究做出了結(jié)論。并展望精益思想會(huì)在即將到來(lái)的第四次工業(yè)革命中發(fā)揮更廣泛的作用。
[Abstract]:The wind power industry has gradually entered a steady mature period from explosive growth period. In order to improve the core competitiveness in the industry chain, enterprises use lean production mode to continuously improve, and constantly identify and eliminate wasteful and non-value-added behaviors in the process. Build corporate culture, promote the concept of enterprise management, and continue to pursue excellence and perfection in operation and management. In this paper, the lean production mode of wind power equipment in V Company is taken as the research object. On the basis of lean theory, the waste existing in the process of VPS, identification of lean production mode with its own characteristics is analyzed in V Company. Through creative thinking and teamwork to improve the process flow, product quality, production and logistics management, continuously reduce production operating costs to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Firstly, this paper expounds the core idea of lean production VPS implemented by V Company in order to reduce the production operation cost, and introduces its frame structure, improvement process, distribution of lean tool use and distribution of human resources. At the same time, the concepts, methods and concrete steps of lean tools used by V Company in the implementation of VPS are introduced. Secondly, this paper has carried on the concrete research to the V company lean project case. Based on the on-the-spot production project, this paper discusses the application of lean production management methods such as strategic deployment, value flow chart and standardized operation in the process of eliminating waste and continuous improvement based on customer orientation. Finally, this paper draws a conclusion on VPS lean production and lean project case analysis. It is also expected that Lean thought will play a wider role in the coming fourth Industrial Revolution.
