基于國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的國(guó)有大中型建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:國(guó)有大中型建筑企業(yè)作為我國(guó)建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的“主力軍”,在一定程度上決定了建筑業(yè)的基本走向和發(fā)展水平,但我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)有一大弊端,,即其增長(zhǎng)主要被動(dòng)受惠于國(guó)內(nèi)投資的拉動(dòng),國(guó)外市場(chǎng)貢獻(xiàn)度只有5.48%,這對(duì)于國(guó)有大中型建筑企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展是非常不利的。隨著投資拉動(dòng)弊端的逐漸顯現(xiàn)以及我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革政策的穩(wěn)步推行,在房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)理性回歸,基建投資收縮,國(guó)內(nèi)建設(shè)需求下降的大背景下,越來越多的建筑企業(yè)更加關(guān)注國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。然而自2008年金融危機(jī)之后,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)也不容樂觀,經(jīng)濟(jì)下行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大,如何在復(fù)雜的國(guó)際局勢(shì)中確定未來發(fā)展走向,找到適合自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略成為了國(guó)有大中型建筑企業(yè)克敵致勝的關(guān)鍵,是值得深入探討的。 本文基于此,在分析了國(guó)有大中型建筑企業(yè)開展國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的動(dòng)因及可行性的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)有大中型建筑企業(yè)開展國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析,并運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣分析法進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇,確立了多國(guó)本土化的基本國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略方案,提出了由建設(shè)與融資并重到相關(guān)多元化的發(fā)展道路,進(jìn)而闡述了具體的市場(chǎng)、技術(shù)以及人才戰(zhàn)略作為補(bǔ)充。最后本文從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)文化、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、企業(yè)品牌等幾方面提出了具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施建議。通過本文的研究,以期為我國(guó)國(guó)有大中型建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作戰(zhàn)略方向的確定提供參考和建議,對(duì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)的外向化發(fā)展以及我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的制定具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:State-owned large and medium-sized construction enterprises, as the "main force" in the development of the construction industry in China, to a certain extent determine the basic trend and development level of the construction industry, but the growth of the construction industry in China has a major drawback. That is, its growth is mainly passive to benefit from domestic investment, foreign market contribution is only 5.48%, which is very bad for the long-term development of large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises. With the gradual appearance of the drawback of investment pull and the steady implementation of China's economic reform policy, under the background of the rational return of the real estate market, the contraction of capital construction investment and the decline of domestic construction demand, More and more construction enterprises pay more attention to the international market. However, since the 2008 financial crisis, the global economic situation is also not optimistic, the downside risk of the economy is high, how to determine the future development direction in the complex international situation, Finding a suitable development strategy has become the key to the success of the state-owned large and medium-sized construction enterprises, and it is worthy of in-depth discussion. Based on this, on the basis of analyzing the motivation and feasibility of international economic cooperation in large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises, this paper makes a strategic analysis of the internal and external environment of international economic cooperation in large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises. And using the SWOT matrix analysis method to carry on the strategic choice, has established the multi-country localization basic internationalization strategy plan, has proposed the development path from the construction and the financing equal emphasis to the related diversification, then elaborated the concrete market, Technology and talent strategy are complementary. Finally, this paper puts forward concrete strategic implementation suggestions from the aspects of organizational structure, corporate culture, risk management, enterprise brand and so on. Through the research in this paper, the author hopes to provide references and suggestions for the determination of the strategic direction of international economic cooperation among large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises in China. It has certain application value and practical significance to promote the extroverted development of Chinese construction enterprises and to formulate the construction enterprise strategy of our country.
