【摘要】：新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響因素包括外部因素和內(nèi)部因素,市場(chǎng)需求、政策導(dǎo)向、技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)和目標(biāo)群體特征是外部影響因素的主要內(nèi)容,而行業(yè)特征、盈利現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)家素質(zhì)則是其內(nèi)部影響因素;企業(yè)與所處環(huán)境的融合過程,與供應(yīng)商、客戶、合作伙伴價(jià)值鏈的重構(gòu)以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部單元的調(diào)整重組構(gòu)成了新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的機(jī)會(huì)。企業(yè)應(yīng)正確識(shí)別商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新過程中的機(jī)會(huì)和障礙,適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為我國社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展作出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The influencing factors of business model innovation of new energy industry include external and internal factors, market demand, policy orientation, technology-driven and target group characteristics are the main contents of external factors, while industry characteristics, profit status quo, The entrepreneur's quality is its internal influence factor; The integration process between enterprises and their environment, the reconstruction of value chain with suppliers, customers and partners, and the adjustment and reorganization of internal units of enterprises constitute opportunities for the innovation of business model of new energy industry. Enterprises should correctly identify the opportunities and obstacles in the process of business model innovation, adapt to the trend of economic globalization and informatization, and contribute to the sustainable development of China's society and economy.
