一種問題驅動的隱性知識獲取方法研究

【摘要】:從隱性知識的內涵和基本特征出發(fā),以"知行合一"的實踐論為思想基礎,以實際工作中遇到的問題及其解決過程為切入點,提出一種問題驅動的隱性知識獲取方法。結合認知科學的研究成果,在深入分析問題解決中的認知結構和問題情境的基礎上,構建融合個人化與情境化特性的問題空間模型,以最大限度地保留隱性知識的完備性,并以問題空間為概念性框架,建立開放式的隱性知識獲取與持續(xù)成長的過程模型。此外,以某轎車廠沖壓車間的生產線停機問題為例,將提出的方法應用于實踐,說明其科學性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Starting from the connotation and basic characteristics of tacit knowledge, this paper puts forward a problem-driven tacit knowledge acquisition method based on the practical theory of "unity of knowledge and practice" and the problems encountered in practical work and the process of solving them. Combined with the research results of cognitive science, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the cognitive structure and problem situation in problem solving, a problem space model which integrates the characteristics of individualization and situational features is constructed to maximize the completeness of tacit knowledge, which is based on the research results of cognitive science and on the basis of in-depth analysis of cognitive structure and situation in problem solving. Based on the conceptual framework of problem space, an open process model of tacit knowledge acquisition and sustainable growth is established. In addition, taking the problem of production line shutdown in the stamping workshop of a car factory as an example, the proposed method is applied to practice to illustrate its scientific nature and effectiveness.
