嘉禾縣煙草公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理體系改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理(現(xiàn)代國(guó)際時(shí)尚管理理念,接近傳統(tǒng)“績(jī)效管理”,下同)是現(xiàn)代人力資源管理最重要的組成部分,是企業(yè)實(shí)施人力資源管理的重要工具和手段。通過對(duì)個(gè)人進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力考核,不僅可以實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源的合理開發(fā)和利用,保證個(gè)人目標(biāo)與企業(yè)目標(biāo)的密切統(tǒng)一,而且還可以促進(jìn)個(gè)人的全面發(fā)展,確保企業(yè)的人力資源優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)管理以及人力資源管理的核心,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)以及提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力都發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。 本文以競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理的相關(guān)理論為研究依據(jù),通過研究嘉禾縣煙草公司現(xiàn)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理方案存在的問題和成因,對(duì)該公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理方案進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)研究。本文首先介紹了論文研究的意義和背景,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理的相關(guān)研究,概述了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理的含義、流程和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理相關(guān)方法,并介紹了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及主要思路。其次,在實(shí)地訪談和問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,通過查閱嘉禾縣煙草公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,總結(jié)了公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析了公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理體系存在的問題,并深入挖掘產(chǎn)生這些問題的成因,以此確定公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理體系改進(jìn)的方向。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理體系設(shè)計(jì)的原則與思路、指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)劃制定、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力輔導(dǎo)、考核評(píng)價(jià)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力反饋與應(yīng)用幾個(gè)方面出發(fā),對(duì)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理體系進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),為該公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理方案的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供決策支持。最后,本文總結(jié)了嘉禾縣煙草公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理方案的實(shí)施階段與步驟,并分析了實(shí)施過程可能遇到的問題,最后從完善組織和制度建設(shè)、明確業(yè)務(wù)流程和崗位職責(zé)、建立以競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為導(dǎo)向的公司文化和優(yōu)化薪酬體系四個(gè)方面,提出了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理方案實(shí)施的支持措施,為嘉禾縣煙草公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:Competitiveness management (modern international fashion management concept, close to the traditional "performance management", the same below) is the most important part of modern human resources management, is an important tool and means for enterprises to implement human resources management. Through the scientific and reasonable assessment of individual competitiveness, we can not only realize the rational development and utilization of human resources, ensure the close unity of individual goals and enterprise goals, but also promote the overall development of individuals. Ensure the human resource advantage of the enterprise. Therefore, competitiveness management has become the core of enterprise management and human resources management, which plays an important role in achieving the strategic objectives of enterprises and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the theory of competitive power management, this paper studies the problems and causes of the existing competitive management scheme of Jiaho County Tobacco Company, and studies the improvement of the competitive management scheme of Jiahe County Tobacco Company. This paper first introduces the significance and background of this paper, summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research on competitive management, summarizes the meaning of competitive management, process and competitive management related methods. And introduced this article research content and the main train of thought. Secondly, on the basis of on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the current situation of competitive power management and analyzes the problems existing in the competitive power management system of tobacco company in Jiaho County by consulting the relevant literature of competitiveness management in Jiaho County. And dig deep into the causes of these problems, so as to determine the direction of the improvement of the company's competitiveness management system. On this basis, from the principles and ideas of competitive management system design, index design, plan formulation, competitive power guidance, assessment and evaluation, competitive power feedback and application, the competitive management system is improved and designed. To provide decision support for the optimal design of the company's competitive management scheme. Finally, this paper summarizes the implementation stages and steps of the competitive power management scheme of Jiahe County Tobacco Company, and analyzes the problems that may be encountered in the implementation process. Finally, it clarifies the business process and post responsibility by perfecting the organization and system construction. In order to protect the competitiveness management of Jiaho County Tobacco Company, the author puts forward the supporting measures for the implementation of the competitive power management scheme in four aspects: establishing competitive company culture and optimizing the salary system in order to ensure the competitiveness management of Jiahe County Tobacco Company.
