【摘要】：本文以2007年至2011年深滬市證券交易所上市交易的鋼鐵行業(yè)A股公司作為研究對象,檢驗了內(nèi)部公司治理機制和外部公司治理機制對企業(yè)社會責任的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):董事會規(guī)模、行政機制與企業(yè)社會責任呈正相關;股權制衡度、未領取薪酬董事比例、融資機制與企業(yè)社會責任呈負相關;上交所鋼鐵上市公司社會責任的履行程度要低于深交所的鋼鐵上市公司。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the impact of internal corporate governance mechanism and external corporate governance mechanism on corporate social responsibility by taking A-share companies in the iron and steel industry traded on the Shenzhen-Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2011 as the object of study, and examines the effects of internal and external corporate governance mechanisms on corporate social responsibility. It is found that the scale of the board of directors, the administrative mechanism and the corporate social responsibility are positively correlated, the equity system, the proportion of non-paid directors, and the financing mechanism are negatively correlated with the corporate social responsibility. The performance of social responsibility of listed steel companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange is lower than that of steel listed companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
