海外油氣項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營(yíng)管理難度測(cè)算——崗位價(jià)值評(píng)估法探析
[Abstract]:Overseas oil and gas projects have their own diversity and complexity of management environment, so it is difficult to evaluate the difficulty of project management through the scale index. The evaluation of post value provides a comprehensive analysis framework for the difficulty measurement of overseas oil and gas project management. Job value evaluation is a rating of several factors in different dimensions to determine the relative value of the post in the organization. The size of job responsibility, the degree of difficulty and difficulty, and the contribution of the position to organizational performance or value creation are the fundamental foothold of value evaluation. When evaluating the difficulty of management of overseas oil and gas projects, we should pay attention not only to the internal enterprise, but also to the influence of the external management environment on the company. According to the train of thought and method of post value evaluation, many items can be regarded as multiple "hillock groups", and the ratio of each "hil-group" value can be taken as the difficulty coefficient of operation and management of the corresponding items.
