【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)煤炭豐裕省份的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)具有突出的煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)主導(dǎo)特征,煤炭?jī)r(jià)格變動(dòng)對(duì)煤炭豐裕省份的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局有著引導(dǎo)作用。自2012年以來(lái),我國(guó)煤炭?jī)r(jià)格呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)下滑趨勢(shì),煤炭豐裕省份亟需降低對(duì)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的依賴,并加速進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)以實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為此,本文采用Corden和Neary的三部門(mén)模型,實(shí)證分析了煤價(jià)波動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)煤炭資源豐裕省份產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的影響機(jī)制。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),長(zhǎng)時(shí)期內(nèi)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的資本、科技創(chuàng)新和勞動(dòng)力要素具有顯著的擠出效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the industrial structure of the coal provinces in China has the dominant characteristics of the coal industry, and the change of the coal price plays a leading role in the industrial layout of the provinces with abundant coal. Since 2012, China's coal prices have been fluctuating and declining, and the provinces with abundant coal need to reduce their dependence on coal industry and accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading in order to realize the sustainable development of regional economy. Therefore, by using the three-sector model of Corden and Neary, this paper empirically analyzes the influence mechanism of coal price fluctuation on the industrial structure evolution of the provinces with abundant coal resources in China. The results show that the coal industry has a significant crowding out effect on the capital, scientific and technological innovation and labor factors of other industries in a long period of time.
