天津港鋼材物流公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)策略研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)內(nèi),去年全年鋼鐵產(chǎn)量保持較低的同比增長(zhǎng)速度,近期在一系列穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)措施的拉動(dòng)作用下,鋼鐵生產(chǎn)增速才有所回升。據(jù)當(dāng)前在建以及計(jì)劃新增產(chǎn)能估計(jì),2013年新增產(chǎn)能將在4000萬(wàn)噸左右,故短期內(nèi)鋼鐵供大于求的矛盾很難得到根本緩解。天津港作為中國(guó)北方最大的人工港口,同時(shí)也是最重要的鋼材集散基地之一,承擔(dān)著我國(guó)南北鋼材海陸運(yùn)輸集散的重大任務(wù)。近幾年來(lái),天津港從戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型角度出發(fā),轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)思路,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念,從追求吞吐量增長(zhǎng)帶動(dòng)企業(yè)效益增加,向以多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延長(zhǎng)等高附加值經(jīng)營(yíng)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最大化。天津港鋼材物流有限公司是一家成立于2006年8月18日的中外合資企業(yè),正走在奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng),力求躋身全國(guó)知名物流企業(yè)的道路上。為了迎合天津港的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),為了為客戶(hù)提供更好、更專(zhuān)業(yè)的物流服務(wù),天津港鋼材物流有限公司的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)也勢(shì)在必行。 本論文首先從國(guó)內(nèi)外的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展宏觀形勢(shì)和天津港的整體轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展出發(fā),探討了天津港鋼材物流有限公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的可操作性。為了找準(zhǔn)問(wèn)題,采用了客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查的方法,以幫助發(fā)現(xiàn)和明確問(wèn)題所在,為進(jìn)一步展開(kāi)論述研究打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮了天津港鋼材物流有限公司的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部因素,運(yùn)用SWOT分析的科學(xué)方法,,確定了天津港鋼材物流有限公司內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)型的戰(zhàn)略方針。選定戰(zhàn)略后,對(duì)現(xiàn)有服務(wù)項(xiàng)目中客戶(hù)最不滿(mǎn)意的項(xiàng)目通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)流程程序分析進(jìn)行改善,并應(yīng)用提出增加新的業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目。其后參照既定戰(zhàn)略,在人力資源方面和電子信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)方面提出相應(yīng)的改善措施。在具體措施的制定過(guò)程中,應(yīng)用了流程程序分析圖,層次分析法等科學(xué)的分析方法,確保了具體方案措施的準(zhǔn)確性,合理性。對(duì)在措施實(shí)施的具體過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,提出了解決方案。并通過(guò)具體的數(shù)字分析比較,檢驗(yàn)實(shí)施效果。
[Abstract]:At home, steel production grew at a slower pace for the whole of last year than a year earlier, and only recently did it pick up, helped by a series of steady growth measures. With construction currently under way and planned new capacity estimated at around 40 million tonnes in 2013, it is difficult to fundamentally ease the problem of oversupply of steel in the short term. As the largest artificial port in northern China, Tianjin Port is also one of the most important steel distribution bases. In recent years, from the perspective of strategic transformation, Tianjin Port has changed its business thinking, innovated its concept of development, driven the increase of enterprise benefits from the pursuit of throughput growth, and turned to diversified management. Industrial chain extension and other high-value-added management to maximize the economic benefits of enterprises. Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture established on August 18, 2006. In order to cater for the transformation and upgrade of Tianjin Port, to provide better and more professional logistics services for customers, the transformation and upgrading of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd. is imperative. This paper first discusses the feasibility of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd.'s transformation and upgrading from the macro situation of economic development at home and abroad and the overall transformation and development of Tianjin Port. In order to find the right problem, the method of customer satisfaction survey is adopted to help to find out the problem and lay a good foundation for further research. On this basis, the external environment and internal factors of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd. are considered synthetically, and the strategic policy of internal transformation of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd is determined by using the scientific method of SWOT analysis. After the strategy is selected, the most unsatisfactory items in the existing service items are improved through business process program analysis, and new business items are added by application. Then, according to the established strategy, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward in the aspects of human resources and electronic information platform construction. In the process of making the concrete measures, some scientific analytical methods, such as process program analysis diagram and analytic hierarchy process, are used to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the concrete program measures. The solutions to the problems encountered in the implementation of the measures are put forward. And through the specific digital analysis and comparison, test the effect of implementation.
