電動(dòng)汽車充換電服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究
[Abstract]:Because of the predatory exploitation of resources, energy shortage is the problem that the society has to face. The rapid development of automobile brings a sharp increase in the demand for resources, and the negative impact on the environment is attracting more and more attention. As a new energy vehicle for environmental protection and energy saving, electric vehicle is regarded as a strategic innovation project. The development of electric vehicle has an essential connection with the construction of its matching charging and switching network. Therefore, the electric vehicle charging and switching network has become an important aspect of the development of electric vehicle. Taking the intelligent charging and switching service network of Shandong electric vehicle as an example, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the project management of the charging and switching service network, and puts forward the innovation points of the project management. Through the research on the project risk management of charging and switching network, this paper summarizes the strategies to deal with the risk of charging and switching network of electric vehicles, and puts forward the development trend and suggestions of the current charging and switching network in Shandong Province, in order to provide reference for the future development of the charging and switching network. The Shandong network design standard has been adopted by the State Grid Corporation. The risk of the network project in Shandong Province mainly comes from the environment, construction, economic and organizational management, and all kinds of risks faced by the charging and switching service network are analyzed as a whole. The external power environment risk is the main factor that restricts the rapid and safe development of the charging and switching network. Organization management plays an important role in mobilizing the construction and operation of electric vehicle power supply station project group from an internal perspective. In view of these risks, the author puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects: electric power environment, cost and internal organization management. From the point of view of project risk, this paper analyzes the development trend of electric vehicle charging and switching service, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction and operation of the whole intelligent charging and switching service network. The research results can promote the development of electric vehicle industry. For the adoption of Shandong Province network design has a good reference and practical significance.
