安仁縣煙草公司績效管理體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和世界經(jīng)濟一體化,市場競爭越來越激烈。人力資源管理的優(yōu)劣也成為企業(yè)能否在市場競爭中取勝的關(guān)鍵因素。其中,人力資源管理中最重要的部分就是績效管理。因此,在企業(yè)中建立績效考核體系成為了人力資源績效管理最有效途徑之一。本文以績效管理理論為基礎(chǔ),,研究了安仁縣煙草公司的績效管理體系,具體分析了該公司績效管理的方案設(shè)計并提出保障措施。 本文比較系統(tǒng)、全面地研究了安仁縣煙草公司的績效管理方案。通過問卷調(diào)查與實地訪談,并結(jié)合安仁縣煙草公司的內(nèi)部管理資料和績效考核歷史資料,肯定了安仁縣煙草公司績效管理的成果并總結(jié)出了其存在的問題,進而提出了安仁縣煙草公司績效管理方案設(shè)計的具體內(nèi)容、實施過程以及保障措施。本文首先回顧和梳理了有關(guān)績效管理的國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài);其次,分析了資安仁縣煙草公司現(xiàn)有的績效管理方案,以及在管理過程中績效管理存在的問題及其原因;然后,依據(jù)相關(guān)績效管理理論,提出安仁縣煙草公司績效管理方案設(shè)計的指導(dǎo)思想、原則及優(yōu)化的具體內(nèi)容;最后,探討了安仁縣煙草公司績效管理方案設(shè)計的實施過程及保障措施。 目前,國內(nèi)對煙草行業(yè)績效管理方案設(shè)計的研究較少,沒有形成系統(tǒng)理論,本文根據(jù)安仁縣煙草公司績效管理的現(xiàn)狀提出了變革方案,為其它煙草企業(yè)在績效管理方案優(yōu)化方面起到了一定指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the integration of the world economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. The advantages and disadvantages of human resource management also become the key factor of whether the enterprise can win in the market competition. Among them, the most important part of human resources management is performance management. Therefore, the establishment of performance appraisal system in enterprises has become one of the most effective ways of human resource performance management. Based on the theory of performance management, this paper studies the performance management system of Anren County Tobacco Company, analyzes the scheme design of the company's performance management and puts forward the safeguard measures. This paper systematically studies the performance management scheme of Anren County Tobacco Company. Through questionnaire investigation and field interview, combined with the internal management information and performance appraisal history of Anren County Tobacco Company, this paper affirms the achievement of the performance management of Anren County Tobacco Company and summarizes its existing problems. Then it puts forward the specific content, implementation process and safeguard measures of the performance management scheme design of Anren County Tobacco Company. Firstly, this paper reviews and combs the domestic and foreign research trends of performance management; secondly, analyzes the existing performance management scheme of Zianren tobacco company, and the problems and causes of performance management in the process of management. Then, according to the relevant performance management theory, put forward the Anren County tobacco company performance management program design guidelines, principles and optimization of the specific content; Finally, the implementation process and safeguard measures of the performance management scheme design of Anren County Tobacco Company are discussed. At present, there are few researches on the design of performance management scheme in tobacco industry in China, and no systematic theory has been formed. According to the current situation of performance management in Anren County Tobacco Company, this paper puts forward a reform plan. It plays a guiding role in the optimization of performance management scheme for other tobacco enterprises.
