【摘要】：正"管制"也稱"規(guī)制",在實(shí)際部門通常稱為"監(jiān)管"。政府管制是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下政府需要加強(qiáng)的一項(xiàng)重要基本職能。黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)明確提出全面深化改革的決定,強(qiáng)調(diào)加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管,改革市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管體系,實(shí)行統(tǒng)一的市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管等重要舉措。浙江財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)和中國(guó)工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)雜志社定于2014年4月19日在杭州共同舉辦"第三屆政府管制論壇暨管制體制改革與管制方式創(chuàng)新"研討會(huì)�，F(xiàn)將會(huì)議征文有關(guān)事宜通知如下:
[Abstract]:Positive "regulation" is also called "regulation", which is commonly called "regulation" in practical departments. Government regulation is an important basic function that the government needs to strengthen under the market economy system. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the decision to deepen the reform in an all-round way, emphasizing the important measures of strengthening market supervision, reforming the market supervision system, and carrying out unified market supervision. Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics and China Industrial Economic Journal will jointly hold the third session of the Forum of Government Regulation and the Innovation of Regulation system and ways of Regulation in Hangzhou on April 19, 2014.
