信息化在上海三菱電梯有限公司銷售業(yè)務(wù)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:上海三菱電梯有限公司成立于1986年12月2日。公司由日本三菱電機株式會社、三菱電機香港有限公司、中國機械進出口(集團)、上海機電實業(yè)有限公司四方投資組成,,中方投資比例為60%,外方投資比例40%,F(xiàn)有員工2000余人。公司注冊資金1.55億美金,投資總額2億美元,總部設(shè)在上海市閔行區(qū)江川路811號,總占地面積18.87萬平方米。上海三菱經(jīng)過26年的不斷創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,目前已成為世界最大的電梯制造和銷售企業(yè)之一。上海三菱連續(xù)19年保持中國電梯行業(yè)第一,從2005年起連續(xù)7年刷新全球單廠年產(chǎn)銷記錄。2012年主營收入超過120億元,電梯實際產(chǎn)銷量超過61000臺。 本文針對上海三菱電梯有限公司引入企業(yè)信息化的案例進行研究,結(jié)合制造企業(yè)本身的特殊性,具體通過SAP R/3、OA、EIS三大系統(tǒng)的引進,分析了企業(yè)信息化給銷售環(huán)節(jié)帶來的影響,是企業(yè)的信息化工程將企業(yè)的銷量解放出來,同時企業(yè)信息化也是銷售業(yè)務(wù)信息化的根本基礎(chǔ),本文將企業(yè)銷售業(yè)務(wù)的信息化作為一個新的信息化高度進行了研究。通過上海三菱的實際案例說明企業(yè)信息化給銷售業(yè)務(wù)帶來良性的影響,總結(jié)了上海三菱將信息化應(yīng)用于銷售業(yè)務(wù)中的成功原因,為今后更多企業(yè)信息化的應(yīng)用提供的借鑒的方案。 本文將上海三菱信息化目前在銷售業(yè)務(wù)中應(yīng)用的實際情況及產(chǎn)生的問題進行剖析,結(jié)合企業(yè)本身的特點提出目前信息化存在的問題,并提出其優(yōu)化方案,最后對優(yōu)化方案實施的效果進行具體評估,以此來說明信息化的優(yōu)化給企業(yè)帶來的效益及影響。 企業(yè)信息化的應(yīng)用是企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要途徑,尤其是信息化在銷售業(yè)務(wù)上的應(yīng)用給企業(yè)指明了方向,更帶動了企業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd. was established on December 2, 1986. The company consists of Japan Mitsubishi Electric Co., Ltd, Mitsubishi Electric Hong Kong Co., Ltd., China Machinery Import and Export (Group), Shanghai Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. There are more than 2000 employees. The company has a registered capital of US $155 million and a total investment of US $200 million. It is headquartered at 811 Jiangchuan Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, and covers an area of 188700 square meters. After 26 years of continuous innovation and development, Shanghai Mitsubishi has become one of the world's largest elevator manufacturing and sales enterprises. Shanghai Mitsubishi has been the No. 1 elevator industry in China for 19 consecutive years, with annual production and sales records set for seven consecutive years since 2005. In 2012, the main business income exceeded 12 billion yuan, and the actual elevator production and sales exceeded 61000 units. This paper focuses on the case of Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd., which introduces the information technology of the enterprise. Combining with the particularity of the manufacturing enterprise itself, the introduction of the three systems of SAP R / 3 / OAA / EIS is introduced. This paper analyzes the impact of enterprise informatization on sales, and it is the enterprise informatization project that liberates the sales volume of the enterprise. At the same time, the enterprise informatization is also the fundamental foundation of the marketing business informatization. In this paper, the enterprise sales business information as a new level of information research. Through the actual case of Mitsubishi in Shanghai, it shows that the enterprise informatization has a positive impact on the sales business, and summarizes the successful reasons why Shanghai Mitsubishi applied informatization to the sales business. For the future more enterprise information applications to provide a reference scheme. This paper analyzes the actual situation and problems arising from the current application of Shanghai Mitsubishi Informatization in the sales business, and puts forward the problems existing in the current informatization combined with the characteristics of the enterprise itself, and puts forward its optimization scheme. Finally, the effect of the optimization scheme is evaluated to illustrate the benefits and effects of the optimization of information technology. The application of enterprise informatization is an important way for the development of enterprise, especially the application of informatization in sales business has pointed out the direction for the enterprise, and has also driven the vigorous development of the enterprise.
