【摘要】：ERP對(duì)石化行業(yè)的管理模式和發(fā)展起到不可估量的作用，在近幾年的實(shí)施應(yīng)用過(guò)程中企業(yè)取得一些應(yīng)用成效的同時(shí)，也承受了應(yīng)用過(guò)程的艱難，如果這些問(wèn)題得不到有效解決，將嚴(yán)重影響企業(yè)管理水平和整個(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此，本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)洛陽(yáng)石化ERP系統(tǒng)上線后，其中MRO模塊的實(shí)施和應(yīng)用對(duì)于企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響和變革進(jìn)行闡述，同時(shí)分析目前應(yīng)用過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題和不足，力求為相關(guān)企業(yè)今后進(jìn)行ERP系統(tǒng)上線應(yīng)用提供相關(guān)參考。 文章在對(duì)ERP管理思想研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以洛陽(yáng)石化物資供應(yīng)管理部門ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施為例，分析了洛陽(yáng)石化物資供應(yīng)管理的現(xiàn)狀和業(yè)務(wù)流程以及ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施后對(duì)物資供應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)流程的影響和ERP實(shí)施效果。同時(shí)對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析，提出了建議。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)洛陽(yáng)石化物資裝備部和信心中心參與實(shí)施和使用的ERP系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)人員作了一次訪談，運(yùn)用訪談法、實(shí)例分析法、歸納和演繹法等方法，，對(duì)洛陽(yáng)石化ERP項(xiàng)目中MRO模塊從實(shí)施到應(yīng)用的主要特點(diǎn)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納，從理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的角度演繹出石化行業(yè)在進(jìn)行ERP系統(tǒng)MRO模塊的推廣和應(yīng)用中存在的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足。
[Abstract]:ERP plays an inestimable role in the management mode and development of petrochemical industry. In recent years, enterprises have achieved some application results in the process of implementation and application, but also bear the difficulties of the application process, if these problems can not be effectively resolved, Will seriously affect the level of enterprise management and the development of the enterprise as a whole. Therefore, this paper aims to explain the profound influence and reform of the implementation and application of the MRO module on the enterprise management after the ERP system of Luoyang Petrochemical Company was put on line, and at the same time to analyze the existing problems and shortcomings in the current application process. In order to provide the relevant reference for the related enterprise to carry on the ERP system on-line application in the future. Based on the research of ERP management thought, this paper takes the implementation of ERP project in Luoyang Petrochemical material supply Management Department as an example. This paper analyzes the present situation and business process of Luoyang petrochemical material supply management, the influence of ERP system on the material supply business process and the effect of ERP implementation. At the same time, the problems existing in the operation of ERP system are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward. This paper makes an interview with the related personnel of the ERP system that the Luoyang Petrochemical material equipment Department and the confidence Center participate in the implementation and use, using the interview method, the case analysis method, the induction and the deductive method and so on. The main features, experiences and lessons of MRO module in Luoyang Petrochemical ERP Project from implementation to application are summarized and summarized. From the point of view of combining theory and practice, this paper deduces the experience and deficiency in the popularization and application of MRO module of ERP system in petrochemical industry.
