【摘要】：ERP對石化行業(yè)的管理模式和發(fā)展起到不可估量的作用，在近幾年的實施應(yīng)用過程中企業(yè)取得一些應(yīng)用成效的同時，也承受了應(yīng)用過程的艱難，如果這些問題得不到有效解決，將嚴重影響企業(yè)管理水平和整個企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此，本文旨在通過對洛陽石化ERP系統(tǒng)上線后，其中MRO模塊的實施和應(yīng)用對于企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理產(chǎn)生的深遠影響和變革進行闡述，同時分析目前應(yīng)用過程中存在的問題和不足，力求為相關(guān)企業(yè)今后進行ERP系統(tǒng)上線應(yīng)用提供相關(guān)參考。 文章在對ERP管理思想研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以洛陽石化物資供應(yīng)管理部門ERP項目實施為例，分析了洛陽石化物資供應(yīng)管理的現(xiàn)狀和業(yè)務(wù)流程以及ERP系統(tǒng)實施后對物資供應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)流程的影響和ERP實施效果。同時對ERP系統(tǒng)運行中存在的問題進行了分析，提出了建議。 本文通過對洛陽石化物資裝備部和信心中心參與實施和使用的ERP系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)人員作了一次訪談，運用訪談法、實例分析法、歸納和演繹法等方法，，對洛陽石化ERP項目中MRO模塊從實施到應(yīng)用的主要特點、經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)進行總結(jié)歸納，從理論和實踐相結(jié)合的角度演繹出石化行業(yè)在進行ERP系統(tǒng)MRO模塊的推廣和應(yīng)用中存在的經(jīng)驗和不足。
[Abstract]:ERP plays an inestimable role in the management mode and development of petrochemical industry. In recent years, enterprises have achieved some application results in the process of implementation and application, but also bear the difficulties of the application process, if these problems can not be effectively resolved, Will seriously affect the level of enterprise management and the development of the enterprise as a whole. Therefore, this paper aims to explain the profound influence and reform of the implementation and application of the MRO module on the enterprise management after the ERP system of Luoyang Petrochemical Company was put on line, and at the same time to analyze the existing problems and shortcomings in the current application process. In order to provide the relevant reference for the related enterprise to carry on the ERP system on-line application in the future. Based on the research of ERP management thought, this paper takes the implementation of ERP project in Luoyang Petrochemical material supply Management Department as an example. This paper analyzes the present situation and business process of Luoyang petrochemical material supply management, the influence of ERP system on the material supply business process and the effect of ERP implementation. At the same time, the problems existing in the operation of ERP system are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward. This paper makes an interview with the related personnel of the ERP system that the Luoyang Petrochemical material equipment Department and the confidence Center participate in the implementation and use, using the interview method, the case analysis method, the induction and the deductive method and so on. The main features, experiences and lessons of MRO module in Luoyang Petrochemical ERP Project from implementation to application are summarized and summarized. From the point of view of combining theory and practice, this paper deduces the experience and deficiency in the popularization and application of MRO module of ERP system in petrochemical industry.
