[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of human capital, in order to maintain the sustained and healthy long-term development of enterprises, entrepreneurs must attach great importance to the management of human resources and put more energy into human resources management. DM Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise, which is representative in the Pearl River Delta economic circle. In this paper, the human resource management diagnosis case of DM Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. shows that these small and micro enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, especially the manufacturing industry, are in labor shortage. The problems of human resource management should be paid attention to under the environment of rising human cost and the need of upgrading and transferring of industry. By 2010, the company had hundreds of employees, and by the end of 2012, the number of employees has plummeted to more than 20. The new generation of young people have rarely joined the ranks of skilled workers who are often unable to recruit skilled workers, most of whom are older in the manufacturing sector. On the one hand, enterprises can not recruit, on the other hand, graduates face unemployment. Therefore, it is very necessary to diagnose the human resources of enterprises. Through the use of management and human resources theory, this paper takes the theoretical analysis of PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, through the questionnaire, interviews and so on, This paper analyzes and discusses the human resource management of DM Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd from both quantitative and qualitative aspects. And some of the company staff interviews and other methods of in-depth investigation, through the recovery of the questionnaire statistics, summary and scientific analysis and diagnosis, to find out the constraints of the development of DM Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. human resource management problems, And analyze the reasons, and then in view of the results of the analysis "the right remedy", finally in the human resources management strategic planning, organizational structure adjustment, In the aspects of job analysis, post setting, performance appraisal and salary incentive, suggestions and implementation schemes are put forward, which can provide decision basis for DM Lighting and Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. to adjust its management strategy.
