【摘要】:產(chǎn)品是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的核心,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)決定著企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整能夠增強(qiáng)企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化的適應(yīng)能力,同時(shí)能夠推動(dòng)企業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步和持續(xù)發(fā)展。北方永盛摩托車有限公司近年來(lái)取得了較好的成績(jī),但是進(jìn)入新階段以來(lái),企業(yè)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步不前的態(tài)勢(shì),現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品與消費(fèi)者需求之間的矛盾日益突出,現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)遠(yuǎn)不能適應(yīng)企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要。企業(yè)所面臨的的難題使產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的任務(wù)愈加緊迫。 文章以北方永盛摩托車有限公司為研究對(duì)象,,在眾多學(xué)者和機(jī)構(gòu)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理、企業(yè)管理一般原理,參考企業(yè)內(nèi)部相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料,對(duì)該企業(yè)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)如何進(jìn)行調(diào)整,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)化的理論分析和實(shí)證探究。 本文對(duì)北方永盛三輪摩托車產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析概括,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析法描繪了該企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境狀況,歸納出其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的成因,主要包括:管理層面,缺乏良好的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)、對(duì)產(chǎn)品的多頭管理等、管理者對(duì)人力資源的培訓(xùn)和開(kāi)發(fā)不夠重視等;技術(shù)層面,產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程不夠科學(xué)、企業(yè)信息化程度低、人才制約等;企業(yè)文化層面,管理者輕視學(xué)習(xí),輕視工人,觀念落后。通過(guò)對(duì)北方永盛三輪摩托車資料的分析整理,并運(yùn)用波士頓矩陣對(duì)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),以此為依據(jù)確定了新的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)。最后,以大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)為思路,建立了三輪摩托車動(dòng)態(tài)變形產(chǎn)品模型,并以此生產(chǎn)模式為基礎(chǔ),提出了調(diào)整后的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的運(yùn)行策略,包括:增加了大規(guī)模定制中心這一部門(mén);加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作與產(chǎn)銷研合作;提高生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的柔性;完善激勵(lì)與約束機(jī)制;調(diào)整企業(yè)文化,提升管理者的綜合素質(zhì)、深化并踐行“人本管理”思想等。
[Abstract]:The product is the core of the enterprise production and operation, and the product structure determines the survival and development of the enterprise. The adjustment of the product structure can enhance the adaptability of the enterprise to the market change, at the same time, it can promote the technological progress and sustainable development of the enterprise. North Yongsheng Motorcycle Co., Ltd. has made good achievements in recent years, but since entering the new stage, the development of enterprises has shown a steady trend, the contradiction between existing products and consumer demand is increasingly prominent. The existing product structure can not meet the needs of the rapid development of enterprises. The problems faced by enterprises make the task of product structure adjustment more urgent. This article takes the North Yongsheng Motorcycle Co., Ltd. as the research object, on the basis of many scholars and institutions' research, applies the industrial economics principle, the enterprise management general principle, the reference enterprise internal correlation data material, How to adjust the existing product structure of this enterprise is systematically analyzed and empirically studied. This paper analyzes and generalizes the product structure of the north Yongsheng three-wheeled motorcycle, describes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using SWOT analysis method, and concludes the causes of its development status, mainly including: management level, Lack of good development strategy guidance, multi-product management, managers to human resources training and development is not enough attention; At the technical level, the process of product development is not scientific enough, the level of enterprise information is low, the talent is restricted, and so on, the enterprise culture level, the manager despises the study, despises the worker, the idea falls behind. Based on the analysis and arrangement of the data of the north Yongsheng three-wheeled motorcycles and the analysis and evaluation of the existing product structure by using the Boston matrix, the new product structure is determined. Finally, based on mass customization production, the dynamic deformation product model of three-wheeled motorcycle is established, and based on the model, the operation strategy of adjusted product structure is put forward. This includes: the addition of mass customization centres; Strengthen the cooperation between production, college and marketing research; improve the flexibility of production process; perfect the incentive and restraint mechanism; adjust the corporate culture, improve the comprehensive quality of managers, deepen and practice the idea of "people-oriented management", etc.
