【摘要】：中國(guó)是食品生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)的第一大國(guó)，，隨著生活水平的提高，食品安全問(wèn)題逐漸被人們重視。近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外食品安全事故頻發(fā)，我國(guó)在食品安全問(wèn)題上受到國(guó)際社會(huì)的關(guān)注。從2002年到2011年這十年中，食品安全事件屢見(jiàn)不鮮，從2001年的瘦肉精、2002年的過(guò)期月餅，到2003年的毒海帶、2004年的大頭娃娃事件再到2006年的蘇丹紅2009年的三聚氰胺，直到今天的黑心飯店……可以說(shuō)，食品安全問(wèn)題離我們?cè)絹?lái)越近了，對(duì)我們的生活影響力也越來(lái)越大了。從黑心小店到黑心大店，食品安全問(wèn)題已經(jīng)不僅僅是食品安全部門(mén)所關(guān)注的問(wèn)題，而更大程度上也可以成為社會(huì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的方向之一。 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)是人類(lèi)文明發(fā)展到后現(xiàn)代文明的一個(gè)必經(jīng)階段，現(xiàn)代性和全球化加速了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)的來(lái)臨。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)即社會(huì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性提高，在這樣的社會(huì)中，顯性的社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)變得更為突出，威脅著社會(huì)秩序和人們的日常生活。運(yùn)用“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)”理論，可以把中國(guó)近年來(lái)食品安全問(wèn)題的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)景象準(zhǔn)確的詮釋出來(lái)，為我們解釋食品安全問(wèn)題的特征和規(guī)避建議提供了理論基礎(chǔ)，把食品安全問(wèn)題放在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)的大背景下是十分必要的。因此，本文提出站在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)視野下，研究中國(guó)食品安全問(wèn)題。運(yùn)用理論分析法和文獻(xiàn)分析法，對(duì)中國(guó)近年來(lái)的食品安全問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分類(lèi)，并總結(jié)了其特征，然后對(duì)中國(guó)食品安全問(wèn)題的原因從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行深入分析，最后提出規(guī)避食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的必要性，在學(xué)習(xí)其他國(guó)家食品安全做法的基礎(chǔ)上，提出中國(guó)規(guī)避食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:China is the largest country in food production and consumption. With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to food safety. Food safety accidents occur frequently at home and abroad in recent years. From 2002 to 2011, food safety incidents are common, ranging from lean meatloin in 2001, expired moon cakes in 2002, toxic kelp in 2003, big head doll incident in 2004, and melamine in Sudan in 2006 to melamine in 2009. Today's Black Heart Hotel. It can be said that food safety issues are getting closer and closer to us and have a growing impact on our lives. From black heart shop to black heart store, food safety problem is not only the concern of food security department, but also one of the research directions in sociology field. Risk society is a necessary stage for human civilization to develop into postmodern civilization. Modernity and globalization accelerate the coming of risk society. In such a society, the dominant social risk becomes more prominent, threatening the social order and people's daily life. By using the theory of "risk society", we can accurately interpret the risk scene of food safety problems in China in recent years, which provides a theoretical basis for us to explain the characteristics of food safety problems and to avoid suggestions. It is very necessary to put the food safety problem in the background of the risk society. Therefore, this paper puts forward the research of food safety in China from the perspective of risk society. This paper classifies the food safety problems in China in recent years by using the theoretical analysis method and the literature analysis method, and summarizes the characteristics of the food safety problems, and then analyzes the causes of the food safety problems in China from four aspects. Finally, the necessity of avoiding food safety risk is put forward. On the basis of studying the food safety practices of other countries, some suggestions on avoiding food safety risk in China are put forward.
