【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展以及世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的不斷變化,家電行業(yè)近年來(lái)正面臨著顯著的變革,這種變革對(duì)于家電公司來(lái)說(shuō)既是機(jī)遇也是挑戰(zhàn)。為了迎接機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),整個(gè)家電行業(yè)都要面臨產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的壓力,而產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)則需要大量的資金作為支撐,融資問(wèn)題也就產(chǎn)生。 R家電公司作為一家國(guó)內(nèi)的家電制造業(yè)公司,在當(dāng)前的形勢(shì)下也提出了自己的轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略,即引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的專(zhuān)利,增加相關(guān)研發(fā)、市場(chǎng)人員數(shù)量,提高設(shè)備自動(dòng)化程度以及轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)生產(chǎn)至中西部地區(qū)。但是,在面對(duì)戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行時(shí),公司同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了大量的資金需求,也就導(dǎo)致了公司融資困境的出現(xiàn)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)R公司經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀、融資方式以及財(cái)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,R公司在面對(duì)發(fā)展是存在著研發(fā)、專(zhuān)利、設(shè)備、廠房的等方面投入巨大的資金的壓力,同時(shí)R公司在短期償債能力以及盈利能力方面與同行業(yè)相比存在一定差距。在結(jié)合了公司的實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況和環(huán)境之后,總結(jié)出影響R公司融資的主要因素包括宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形式與融資政策、行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境以及自身運(yùn)營(yíng)情況。 針對(duì)以上分析,制定了R公司的融資策略以及在融資是應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題,包括提高其自身融資能力的措施以及合理利用融資工具的策略。在融資應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題上包括控制融資總量以避免過(guò)多資金閑置,適當(dāng)控制融資成本,注意自身資本結(jié)構(gòu)防止負(fù)債過(guò)重以及注意融資期限防止短期償債能力進(jìn)一步降低。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the constant change of the world economic situation, the household appliance industry is facing significant changes in recent years, which is not only an opportunity but also a challenge to the household appliance companies. In order to meet the opportunities and challenges, the whole household appliances industry has to face the pressure of industrial upgrading, and industrial upgrading needs a lot of funds as the support, financing problems will also arise. As a domestic home appliance manufacturing company, R Home Appliance Company has also put forward its own transformation strategy under the current situation, that is, introducing advanced patents, increasing relevant research and development, and increasing the number of market personnel. Improve equipment automation and transfer related production to the central and western regions. However, in the face of the implementation of the strategy, the company at the same time appeared a large number of capital needs, which led to the emergence of corporate financing difficulties. Based on the analysis of R Company's current operating situation, financing methods and financial situation, R Company is facing the pressure of huge investment in R & D, patent, equipment, plant and so on. At the same time R company in the short-term solvency and profitability compared with the industry there is a certain gap. After combining the actual operating situation and environment of the company, the main factors affecting R company financing are summarized, including macroeconomic form and financing policy, industry development environment and its own operation. In view of the above analysis, the paper formulates the financing strategy of R Company and the problems that should be paid attention to in financing, including the measures to improve its own financing ability and the strategy of making rational use of financing tools. The problems that should be paid attention to include controlling the total amount of financing to avoid excessive idle capital, controlling the financing cost properly, paying attention to the capital structure to prevent overindebtedness, and paying attention to the term of financing to prevent the further reduction of short-term solvency.
