【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的結(jié)果使企業(yè)進(jìn)入一個(gè)微利時(shí)代,物流外包是有效利用社會(huì)專業(yè)化資源的方式之一,它能增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、提高企業(yè)的反應(yīng)速度,因而在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營中被越來越多地采用。物流外包在給企業(yè)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)利益同時(shí),也為企業(yè)帶來了多方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),導(dǎo)致物流外包中止甚至失敗。企業(yè)在物流外包實(shí)踐過程中,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法對(duì)物流外包活動(dòng)過程中可能出現(xiàn)的各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分類,然后識(shí)別、分析和評(píng)價(jià),并且積極尋求有效的措施,建立一套風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的管理體系,具有極其重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先從物流外包和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),闡述了對(duì)物流外包及外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行研究的目的和意義。 其次,介紹了物流外包的概念、價(jià)值以及物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的概念與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分類,并闡述了物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過程中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的方法,以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的作用、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的方法和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容。 再次,以淮安福滿多食品有限公司物流外包活動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象,搜集了該公司物流外包的相關(guān)資料；對(duì)該公司物流外包中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別、分類,建立該公司物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)；然后運(yùn)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)綜合評(píng)判法對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行評(píng)估,得出評(píng)估結(jié)果。 最后,針對(duì)淮安福滿多食品有限公司物流外包過程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出五項(xiàng)防范措施：設(shè)立企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)構(gòu)、選擇合適的物流外包服務(wù)商、加強(qiáng)物流外包的過程管理、建立良好的信息共享和溝通反饋機(jī)制、創(chuàng)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)突發(fā)應(yīng)急處理機(jī)制。特別地,在物流外包服務(wù)商選擇過程中,采用層次分析法,效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the result of the modern enterprise competition makes the enterprise enter a small profit era. Logistics outsourcing is one of the effective ways to make use of the social specialized resources. It can enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and improve the reaction speed of the enterprise. As a result, it is used more and more in modern enterprise management. Logistics outsourcing not only brings economic benefits to enterprises, but also brings many risks to enterprises, which leads to the suspension or even failure of logistics outsourcing. In the process of logistics outsourcing practice, enterprises should strengthen risk awareness, use scientific methods to classify all kinds of risks that may appear in the process of logistics outsourcing activities, then identify, analyze and evaluate, and actively seek effective measures. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a management system of risk prevention. Based on the current situation of logistics outsourcing and risk management, the purpose and significance of the research on logistics outsourcing and outsourcing risk are expounded in this paper. Secondly, it introduces the concept, value and classification of logistics outsourcing risk, and expounds the method of risk identification in the process of logistics outsourcing risk management, as well as the role of risk evaluation. The method of risk evaluation and the content of risk evaluation. Thirdly, the logistics outsourcing activities of Huai'an Fumando Food Co., Ltd. are taken as the research object, and the relevant materials of the company are collected. This paper identifies and classifies the risks existing in the logistics outsourcing of the company, establishes the risk evaluation index of the logistics outsourcing of the company, and then evaluates the risk evaluation index system by using the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics, and obtains the evaluation results. Finally, in view of the risks in the process of logistics outsourcing of Huai'an Fu-mandu Food Co., Ltd., five preventive measures are put forward: setting up internal logistics outsourcing risk management organization, choosing suitable logistics outsourcing service provider, Strengthen the process management of logistics outsourcing, establish a good mechanism of information sharing and communication and feedback, and create a mechanism for dealing with risk emergencies. In particular, in the logistics outsourcing service provider selection process, the use of AHP, the effect is good.
