秦皇島發(fā)電有限公司E-learning系統(tǒng)實(shí)施案例研究

【摘要】:隨著人力資源理論的發(fā)展以及計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅速普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)方式正成為企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的重要手段,國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多網(wǎng)上學(xué)院如GE管理學(xué)院、時(shí)代光華ELN學(xué)院,中國(guó)電信和中國(guó)招商銀行大學(xué),通過(guò)導(dǎo)入E-learning系統(tǒng),使企業(yè)個(gè)人和組織的績(jī)效都得到提高;但是,也有一些企業(yè)在實(shí)施E-learning時(shí)效果并不顯著,其原因值得分析和探討。 本文以秦皇島發(fā)電有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:秦發(fā)電公司)為研究對(duì)象,利用現(xiàn)代人力資源管理和E-learning系統(tǒng)理論,通過(guò)對(duì)秦發(fā)電公司E-learning項(xiàng)目的需求分析、實(shí)施及效果評(píng)估,對(duì)基于知識(shí)管理的E-learning系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行了探討。本文本著發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題以及解決問(wèn)題的原則,對(duì)企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展與人力資源水平滯后之間的矛盾和科學(xué)實(shí)施E-learning系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析和探討。 首先,介紹了知識(shí)管理和E-learning等相關(guān)知識(shí),包括知識(shí)管理的定義目標(biāo)及價(jià)值,E-learning的定義、特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并詳細(xì)闡述了基于知識(shí)管理的E-learning系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)。其次,對(duì)秦發(fā)電公司培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,包括人力資源及培訓(xùn)體系,,E-learning系統(tǒng)具有的功能和特點(diǎn)。再次,詳細(xì)分析了秦發(fā)電公司E-learning系統(tǒng)的使用效果及成因、系統(tǒng)存在不足及改進(jìn)措施。最后,本文介紹了企業(yè)實(shí)施E-learning項(xiàng)目的一些啟示。 本文在借鑒前人研究成果基礎(chǔ)之上,分析了E-learning系統(tǒng)在大型電力企業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)的應(yīng)用及評(píng)估情況,對(duì)同類型電廠E-learning項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of human resource theory and the rapid popularization of computer network technology, network learning is becoming an important means of employee training. Many online colleges at home and abroad, such as GE Management College, era Guanghua ELN College, are becoming more and more important. China Telecom and China Merchants Bank University, through the introduction of E-learning system, so that the performance of enterprises and organizations have been improved; However, there are some enterprises in the implementation of E-learning effect is not significant, its reasons are worthy of analysis and discussion. This paper takes Qinhuangdao Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qinhuangdao Power Generation Company) as the research object, using modern human resource management and E-learning system theory, through the demand analysis of E-learning project of Qinhuangdao Power Generation Company. The key factors of the implementation of E-learning system based on knowledge management are discussed. Based on the principles of problem discovery, problem analysis and problem solving, this paper analyzes and discusses the contradiction between the continuous development of enterprise and the lag of human resource level and the scientific implementation of E-learning system. Firstly, knowledge management and E-learning are introduced, including the definition goal and value of knowledge management, the definition, characteristics and related standards of E-learning, and the technical framework of E-learning system based on knowledge management is described in detail. Secondly, the training status of Qin Power Company, including human resources and training system, the functions and characteristics of E-learning system. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the usage effect and cause of E-learning system of Qin Power Generation Company in detail, the deficiency of the system and the improvement measures. Finally, this paper introduces some enlightenments of implementing E-learning project in enterprises. Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the application and evaluation of E-learning system in the development of large electric power enterprises, which has a certain reference significance for the implementation of E-learning projects in the same type power plants.
