【摘要】：我國企業(yè)當(dāng)前處于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整時期,企業(yè)間的競爭已轉(zhuǎn)向供應(yīng)鏈的競爭。供應(yīng)鏈管理利用集成化的管理方法和思想,根據(jù)企業(yè)的核心業(yè)務(wù)與應(yīng)用,通過對信息流、物流、資金流的有效管控,將采購、生產(chǎn)、銷售、運輸過程連成一個整體,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)實現(xiàn)節(jié)能化、高效化的有利途徑。信息化是實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈高效管理的關(guān)鍵手段,如何借助信息技術(shù)有效的實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理,成為企業(yè)增強核心競爭力,不斷取得發(fā)展進步的必然要求。供應(yīng)鏈的集成化主要表現(xiàn)在兩個方面：一為計算機信息系統(tǒng),二為物流配送中心。運用計算機信息系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理信息化的過程中,計算機科學(xué)是主要的科技手段,本文以計算機信息系統(tǒng)為主要研究對象,以神華烏海能源公司為例,探討能源行業(yè)實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈管理信息化的過程。 論文以神華烏海能源公司供應(yīng)鏈管理的信息化過程為主要研究案例,注重理論結(jié)合實踐,把供應(yīng)鏈管理思想與管理信息化作為整體來研究。通過對供應(yīng)鏈管理中的物流、信息流、資金流等進行統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,用信息化手段逐一進行實現(xiàn)。神華烏海能源的企業(yè)特點決定了它的供應(yīng)鏈管理就是企業(yè)的內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈管理,在進行供應(yīng)鏈管理的過程中重點強調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈上各分廠、部門及其活動的整體集成與協(xié)調(diào)控制,逐步改善企業(yè)粗放式的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營管理方式,提升企業(yè)潛在的經(jīng)營管理水平,從而使整個企業(yè)效益最大化。本文通過對企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的實施效果進行分析,得出了信息化是解決供應(yīng)鏈管理的必經(jīng)途徑。并在應(yīng)用研究上為供應(yīng)鏈管理和信息化理論實現(xiàn)提供了實踐注解,為烏海市煤焦化企業(yè)實現(xiàn)基于供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提供了一個范例。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese enterprises are in the period of industrial structure adjustment, and the competition among enterprises has turned to supply chain competition. Supply chain management uses integrated management methods and ideas, according to the core business and application of enterprises, through the effective control of information flow, logistics and capital flow, the procurement, production, sales and transportation process are integrated. It is an advantageous way for modern enterprises to realize energy saving and high efficiency. Informationization is the key means to realize the efficient management of supply chain. How to effectively realize supply chain management with the aid of information technology has become an inevitable requirement for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and to make continuous progress in development. The integration of supply chain mainly shows in two aspects: one is computer information system, the other is logistics distribution center. In the process of using computer information system to realize supply chain management informatization, computer science is the main means of science and technology. This paper takes computer information system as the main research object, and takes Shenhua Wuhai Energy Company as an example. This paper discusses the process of realizing supply chain management informatization in energy industry. This paper takes the informatization process of supply chain management of Shenhua Wuhai Energy Company as the main research case, pays attention to the combination of theory and practice, and studies the thought of supply chain management and the informationization of management as a whole. Through the unified planning of logistics, information flow and capital flow in supply chain management, the information method is used to realize one by one. The enterprise characteristics of Shenhua Wuhai Energy determine that its supply chain management is the internal supply chain management of enterprises. In the process of carrying out supply chain management, emphasis is placed on the integration and coordination control of all branches, departments and their activities in the supply chain. Gradually improve the extensive traditional management and management, enhance the level of enterprise potential management, so as to maximize the efficiency of the whole enterprise. By analyzing the effect of enterprise supply chain management, this paper concludes that informatization is the necessary way to solve supply chain management. It also provides a practical annotation for the realization of supply chain management and information theory, and provides an example for the construction of information system based on supply chain management for coal coking enterprises in Wuhai city.
