基于SAP的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃解決方案的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,特別在2008年全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)之后,企業(yè)間的競爭愈演愈烈,導(dǎo)致了舍弗勒集團(tuán)大中華區(qū)生產(chǎn)工廠的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃面臨著諸多問題,如產(chǎn)能瓶頸不清晰、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃不穩(wěn)定、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃彈性低、訂單準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率低、庫存水平高等。因此,對現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)顯得極為重要和急迫。 本文針對舍弗勒集團(tuán)大中華區(qū)工廠的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中存在的問題,將從生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方法、流程和系統(tǒng)三個(gè)方面對生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行研究和設(shè)計(jì),研究適合該公司的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃改進(jìn)方案。 首先本文對工廠現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方法和系統(tǒng)存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了研究和分析,以及分析了國內(nèi)外在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制方面的先進(jìn)理論,如制造資源計(jì)劃、準(zhǔn)時(shí)制生產(chǎn)、約束理論和精益生產(chǎn)等,并提出了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃改進(jìn)方案的技術(shù)路線。 其次在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方法上,文章設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)火車生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型,并對生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃層次、計(jì)劃策略、計(jì)劃凍結(jié)期、計(jì)劃期等要素進(jìn)行改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)劃與實(shí)際的結(jié)合,從而保證了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的連續(xù)性、穩(wěn)定性、準(zhǔn)確性和靈活性。 另外在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程上,本文從整個(gè)價(jià)值鏈上對現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程進(jìn)行了考慮,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)集成的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程模型,來明確各崗位的職責(zé)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)規(guī)范,從而在流程和制度上保證了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的有效地銜接和執(zhí)行。 最后在信息系統(tǒng)上,本文依據(jù)改進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方法和流程方案,對生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行了研究和分析,設(shè)計(jì)了計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)的功能架構(gòu),并在SAP的ERP平臺上,通過系統(tǒng)配置和ABAP的增強(qiáng)開發(fā),成功的實(shí)現(xiàn)了對生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃改進(jìn)方案的系統(tǒng)實(shí)施,系統(tǒng)的成功應(yīng)用進(jìn)一步提高了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確性、可靠性以及整體運(yùn)作的效率,有效地解決了該公司在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中存在的問題。 研究成果表明,隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展而涌現(xiàn)出的一批與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃技術(shù)緊密相關(guān)的先進(jìn)管理技術(shù),帶動了制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,但是這些生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃技術(shù)也有各自的側(cè)重點(diǎn)和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。因此,企業(yè)需要分析自身的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃出現(xiàn)的問題,結(jié)合這些先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制的管理技術(shù),結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)流程和信息系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)符合企業(yè)自身的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃技術(shù)的解決方案,來解決企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中帶來的問題,以至來提高企業(yè)的競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, especially after the global economic crisis in 2008, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense, which has led to many problems in the production planning of Schaeffler Group's Greater China production plant. If the capacity bottleneck is not clear, the production plan is unstable, the production plan is not flexible, the order on time delivery rate is low, the inventory level is high. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to improve the existing production planning business system. Aiming at the problems existing in the production plan of Schaeffler Group's Greater China factory, this paper will study and design the production plan from three aspects of production planning method, process and system, and study the plan improvement scheme suitable for the company. First of all, this paper studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the existing production planning methods and systems, and analyzes the advanced theories in production planning and control at home and abroad, such as manufacturing resource planning, just-in-time production, etc. The theory of constraint and lean production, etc., and the technical route of production plan improvement are put forward. Secondly, in the production planning method, this paper designs a train production planning model, and improves the design of production planning level, planning strategy, plan freezing period, planning period and so on, and realizes the combination of planning and practice. Thus ensuring the continuity, stability, accuracy and flexibility of the production plan. In addition, in the production planning process, this paper considers the existing production planning process from the whole value chain, and designs an integrated production planning process model to clarify the responsibilities and standard operating standards of each position. Thus in the process and system to ensure the effective linkage and implementation of production plans. Finally, in the information system, according to the improved production planning method and flow plan, this paper studies and analyzes the function modules of the production planning system, designs the functional framework of the planning system, and on the ERP platform of SAP. Through the system configuration and the enhanced development of ABAP, the system implementation of the production plan improvement scheme has been successfully realized. The successful application of the system has further improved the accuracy, reliability and overall operation efficiency of the production plan. It has effectively solved the problems existing in the production plan of the company. The research results show that with the rapid development of information technology, a batch of advanced management technologies closely related to production planning technology emerge, which has driven the development of manufacturing industry, but these production planning technologies also have their own emphasis and advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, enterprises need to analyze the problems in their own production plans, combine these advanced production planning and control management technologies, and combine business processes and information systems, To design a solution that accords with the enterprise's own production planning technology to solve the problems brought by the enterprise in the production plan, and even to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
