【摘要】：對于目前煤炭稅費(fèi)征管系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的3種主要模式,即捆綁式稅費(fèi)征管模式、計(jì)量站式稅費(fèi)征管模式和源頭式稅費(fèi)征管模式的定義、處理流程、適用情況及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,并從適用范圍、投資成本、建設(shè)效果等方面對3種模式進(jìn)行了對比,指出煤炭稅費(fèi)征管系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)需綜合考慮煤礦當(dāng)?shù)氐牡乩憝h(huán)境、道路因素、投資估算、預(yù)期效果等因素,選擇合適的稅費(fèi)征管模式。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the definition, process, application and characteristics of the three main modes of coal tax collection and management system at present, that is, binding tax collection and management mode, metering station tax collection and management mode and source tax collection and management mode. This paper compares the three models from the aspects of applicable scope, investment cost and construction effect, and points out that the construction of coal tax and fee collection and management system should take into account the local geographical environment, road factors, investment estimation, expected effect and so on. Choose the appropriate tax collection and management model.
