?谂R港工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)與對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of port industry has become a hot issue in coastal provinces and cities. As Hainan's construction of an international tourist island has become a national strategy, and the 18th National Congress of the Party has been successfully held, Haikou has put the development of the real economy, with the port industry as the main body, in a more prominent position. We are vigorously developing a unique port-oriented industry development and transformation and upgrading road. Under this background, this paper evaluates the industrial upgrading of Haikou port, and studies the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the upgrading of Haikou port industry. This paper consists of seven parts: the first part describes the background and significance, content and framework, methods and possible innovations. The second part, combing and defining the core concepts of port industry and industrial upgrading, reviewing and reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad. The third part systematically evaluates the basic conditions of the upgrading and development of Haikou port industry, including park, port, factor resources, policy, science and technology, and points out the main problems. In the fourth part, we use the co-integration principle to distinguish Haikou's main port industries, which are automobile, electrical machinery, agricultural and sideline products, food and medicine, and point out the main problems existing in the upgrading and development of Haikou's existing port industry. The Hoffman coefficient is high and the advantage of port-adjacent heavy industry is not strong. The degree of dependence on foreign countries is low, the international market has not been opened, the degree of industrial association is weak, the cooperation between industries is poor, the chain of industry is short, and it is generally at the low end of value chain. The fifth part measures the upgrading of industrial structure and efficiency of Haikou port industry in 2001-2006 and 2006-2011. The results show that: (1) from the aspect of structural upgrading, Haikou automobile, agricultural by-product, and by-product from 2001-2006 Electrical machinery and other industries developed ahead of time, structural upgrading was relatively rapid, while the food and pharmaceutical industries declined slightly. From 2006 to 2011, industries such as medicine, agricultural products, electrical machinery, food and other industries developed ahead of time, and the structure upgrade was relatively fast. In terms of efficiency upgrading, between 2001 and 2006, the economic efficiency of Haikou food and automobile manufacturing industries increased significantly, while the economic efficiency of agricultural and sideline products, medicine, and electrical machinery industries did not increase significantly. 2006-2011, The economic efficiency of food and medicine industry is upgraded rapidly, while the economic efficiency of agricultural and sideline products, electrical machinery and automobile manufacturing industry is not obvious. In the sixth part, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the upgrading of Haikou port industry from three angles: innovating development thinking, reforming space scale and perfecting upgrade system. The seventh part summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and points out the shortcomings and future research directions.
