基于網(wǎng)絡DEA的汽車企業(yè)內部供應鏈績效評價研究

【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和高新技術的快速發(fā)展，企業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了日新月異的變化，全球經(jīng)濟面貌正以前所未有的速度發(fā)生變化，現(xiàn)代競爭已不再是企業(yè)之間的競爭，而是供應鏈之間的競爭。企業(yè)能否在激烈市場競爭中生存下來，關鍵取決于企業(yè)供應鏈管理水平的高低。汽車業(yè)被認為是對經(jīng)濟影響最大、最具代表性的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，研究汽車企業(yè)供應鏈的績效評價，對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及其它產(chǎn)業(yè)供應鏈的發(fā)展都有重要意義。對于還未建立良好內部供應鏈管理的汽車企業(yè)，良好的外部供應鏈管理幾乎是不可能實現(xiàn)的，因此評價汽車企業(yè)內部供應鏈績效很有必要。 本文從以下三方面展開研究：首先，介紹研究背景和意義、界定研究問題、闡明研究內容和方法，同時對相關理論和國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行闡述。其次，通過分析企業(yè)內部供應鏈管理，以SCOR模型為基礎，結合網(wǎng)絡DEA的特點，從消耗和產(chǎn)出兩個方面選取了汽車企業(yè)內部供應鏈績效評價指標。最后，引入網(wǎng)絡DEA建模構建了汽車企業(yè)內部供應鏈績效評價模型，再以14個我國汽車企業(yè)為研究對象進行實例分析，驗證本文提出的汽車企業(yè)內部供應鏈績效評價方法的可行性和有效性。 研究結果表明，從總體均值看，汽車企業(yè)內部供應鏈績效未能達到DEA有效，，表明總體上我國汽車業(yè)內部供應鏈效率不佳。從各個階段效率值來看，我國汽車企業(yè)內部供應鏈具有優(yōu)勢的為銷售環(huán)節(jié)；表現(xiàn)不足的是采購環(huán)節(jié)和生產(chǎn)制造環(huán)節(jié)。通過網(wǎng)絡DEA模型與傳統(tǒng)DEA模型的靜態(tài)比較發(fā)現(xiàn)，網(wǎng)絡DEA方法能使管理者深入到?jīng)Q策單元的內部,可以更加深入地了解企業(yè)的運作過程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and high technology, the external environment of enterprises has changed with each passing day. The global economy is changing at an unprecedented speed. Modern competition is no longer a competition among enterprises. It's competition between supply chains. Whether the enterprise can survive in the fierce market competition depends on the level of supply chain management. Automobile industry is considered to be one of the most important and representative industries to the economy. It is of great significance to study the performance evaluation of automobile enterprise supply chain for the development of automobile industry and other industrial supply chains. It is almost impossible to achieve good external supply chain management for automobile enterprises that have not established a good internal supply chain management, so it is necessary to evaluate the performance of internal supply chain of automobile enterprises. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of the research, defines the research problems, clarifies the research contents and methods, and expounds the relevant theories and the current research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, by analyzing the internal supply chain management, based on the SCOR model, combined with the characteristics of network DEA, the performance evaluation index of internal supply chain of automobile enterprises is selected from two aspects of consumption and output. Finally, an internal supply chain performance evaluation model of automobile enterprises is constructed by introducing the network DEA model, and then taking 14 automobile enterprises in China as the research object to carry on the example analysis. Verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the internal supply chain performance evaluation method proposed in this paper. The results show that the internal supply chain performance of automobile enterprises can not reach the DEA efficiency, which indicates that the internal supply chain efficiency of automobile industry in China is not good. From the point of view of the efficiency value of each stage, the internal supply chain of automobile enterprises in our country has the advantage of the sales link, and the lack of performance is the procurement link and the production and manufacturing link. Through the static comparison between the network DEA model and the traditional DEA model, it is found that the network DEA method can make managers go deep into the decision-making unit and understand the operation process of the enterprise more deeply.
