煙草物流中心系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:我國煙草行業(yè)正處于快速發(fā)展中,而煙草物流是煙草行業(yè)的核心業(yè)務(wù),實現(xiàn)煙草物流的“不可替代性”既是“卷煙上水平”的需要,也是保證行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的需要,但目前煙草物流方面還存在著較多的問題需要我們進一步研究。 本文依托煙草企業(yè)配送中心實際項目,以實用性、系統(tǒng)柔性、可靠性、示范性和可拓展性為原則,以系統(tǒng)仿真為設(shè)計保障,對煙草企業(yè)提供的基礎(chǔ)資料進行系統(tǒng)的研究,并對企業(yè)現(xiàn)實中的具體需求進行了詳細的分析,通過對業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的處理、業(yè)務(wù)流程的歸納總結(jié),根據(jù)煙草物流行業(yè)的最新技術(shù)發(fā)展和以往的施工經(jīng)驗,制定出具體的設(shè)計需求、工藝流程和物流量分析結(jié)果。再通過對各個區(qū)域及整體的作業(yè)能力和效率計算,依據(jù)核心設(shè)計理念,得出了配送中心的總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案以及區(qū)域規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案。 本文的主要內(nèi)容如下: 1、詳細分析了國內(nèi)外在配送中心和系統(tǒng)仿真方面的發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀,對煙草行業(yè)背景進行了較為深入的調(diào)查。發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)在的煙草配送中心缺乏完整的理論體系,在配送中心的整體規(guī)劃方面的研究還是有欠缺的。 2、根據(jù)配送中心提供的基礎(chǔ)資料,提出了配送中心的整體設(shè)計需求,通過詳細的研究與計算,分析設(shè)計出了滿足企業(yè)要求的配送中心總體規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案。 3、對配送中心內(nèi)部倉儲區(qū)域設(shè)計方案進行了詳細的闡述,分析了區(qū)域內(nèi)部的動線情況和人員具體配置情況。 4、對配送中心內(nèi)部備貨及分揀區(qū)域的兩套設(shè)計方案進行了詳細描述和對比,得出了更優(yōu)方案,給出了區(qū)域內(nèi)部的流程、動線、分揀線路、人員配置等情況。 5、使用Tecnomatix Plant Simulation9物流系統(tǒng)仿真軟件對規(guī)劃方案進行系統(tǒng)建模,通過仿真運行及結(jié)果分析,對規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案進行了進一步的驗證,得到了肯定的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry in China is developing rapidly, and the tobacco logistics is the core business of the tobacco industry. To realize the "irreplaceable" of the tobacco logistics is not only the need of "the level of cigarette", but also the need to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the industry. However, there are still many problems in tobacco logistics that need further study. Based on the actual project of the distribution center of tobacco enterprises, this paper studies the basic data provided by tobacco enterprises based on the principles of practicability, system flexibility, reliability, demonstration and expansibility, and system simulation as the design guarantee. Through the processing of the business data, the summary of the business process, according to the latest technological development of the tobacco logistics industry and previous construction experience, the specific design requirements are worked out. Process flow and material flow analysis results. According to the core design concept, the overall planning and design scheme of the distribution center and the regional planning and design scheme are obtained by calculating the operation ability and efficiency of each region and the whole area. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The research status of distribution center and system simulation at home and abroad is analyzed in detail, and the background of tobacco industry is investigated deeply. It is found that the present tobacco distribution center lacks a complete theoretical system, and the research on the overall planning of the distribution center is still lacking. 2. According to the basic data provided by the distribution center, the overall design requirement of the distribution center is put forward. Through detailed research and calculation, the overall planning and design scheme of the distribution center which meets the requirements of the enterprise is analyzed and designed. 3. The design scheme of warehouse area in distribution center is described in detail, and the situation of dynamic line and the concrete disposition of personnel are analyzed. 4. The paper describes and compares the two sets of design schemes of the internal stocking and sorting area of the distribution center in detail, obtains a better scheme, and gives the flow, moving line, sorting line, personnel configuration and so on in the distribution center. 5. The Tecnomatix Plant Simulation9 logistics system simulation software is used to model the planning scheme. Through the simulation operation and the analysis of the results, the planning and design scheme is further verified, and the positive results are obtained.
