[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics shows a good trend of vigorous development. Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises represented by Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd. have become one of the important economic subjects of rapid and sustainable development in China. Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd. has a strong ability to adapt to the situation and has a large space for development, but it is in a weak position with large enterprises in terms of scale, capital, and degree of government support. Therefore, a series of problems and challenges inevitably appear in the process of economic efficiency improvement and industrial scale expansion. Salary management is an important part of enterprise management and the core of human resource management, so it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable salary management system to adapt to the development of enterprises. The study of advanced experience in the international market and the increasing vitality of the domestic market economy provide a good environment and atmosphere for Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd in the construction of salary system. In this paper, the author deeply and systematically studies the original salary situation and main problems of Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd., applies the relevant theory of compensation design, combines the compensation design fair, competitive, economic, strategic, Based on the basic principles of legitimacy and job responsibility analysis, position evaluation and other design procedures, a set of realistic and feasible compensation system scheme is designed by using human resource management theory, method and technology flexibly. At the same time, supporting the implementation of the salary system optimization measures in order to give full play to the enthusiasm of the staff, enhance the sense of belonging and identity of the employees, and provide support and protection for the overall strategic development of the enterprise. To achieve the sustainable development of Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd.
