【摘要】：“十二五”期間,為實(shí)現(xiàn)北京燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)跨越式的發(fā)展,圍繞公司“立足北京,內(nèi)外并舉,專注燃?xì)?上下延伸”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以信息化促進(jìn)企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)代化和運(yùn)營數(shù)字化,努力打造國內(nèi)一流、國際先進(jìn)的燃?xì)馄髽I(yè),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化對集團(tuán)發(fā)展的整體支撐作用,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo),本文對生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營中的物資管理平臺(tái)信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了研究。 北京燃?xì)馕镔Y管理相關(guān)部門一直堅(jiān)持集團(tuán)公司基建、技改大修理工程燃?xì)鈱Ｓ梦镔Y“統(tǒng)一采購、統(tǒng)一供應(yīng)”的原則,保證工程物資的順利供應(yīng),同時(shí)不斷探索新的物資采購模式；在努力改善現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,北京燃?xì)膺�希望以信息化帶動(dòng)管理現(xiàn)代化,通過實(shí)施先進(jìn)的物資管理信息系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)物資計(jì)劃管理、采購招投標(biāo)管理、供應(yīng)商管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)采購及遠(yuǎn)程審批等業(yè)務(wù)的集約化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,解決目前物資管理工作中存在的主要問題,提高工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)陽光采購。 通過對北京燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)物資分公司以及其他綜合分公司物資管理的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行需求調(diào)研、歸納和分析,結(jié)合組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化建設(shè),本文對系統(tǒng)和流程進(jìn)行了論證、優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)了物資管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)開發(fā)。根據(jù)實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況,北京燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)物資信息系統(tǒng)主要包括物料管理、需求管理、采購管理、合同管理、庫存管理、供應(yīng)管理、質(zhì)檢管理、供應(yīng)商管理、財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算管理、綜合管理等內(nèi)容。 通過該企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)及以后應(yīng)用,加速了北京燃?xì)饧瘓F(tuán)物資管理現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程,提高了現(xiàn)有工作人員的工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)了物資在整個(gè)集團(tuán)公司及供應(yīng)鏈的共享程度,提高了物資管理的整體決策水平和市場競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了社會(huì)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益雙贏。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, in order to realize the development of Beijing Gas Group by leaps and bounds, around the company's development strategy of "standing in Beijing, developing at the same time inside and outside, focusing on gas, extending up and down", we will promote the modernization of enterprise management and the digitization of operation with information. In order to achieve this goal, this paper studies the construction of information system of material management platform in production and operation. The related departments of gas and material management in Beijing have always adhered to the principle of "unified procurement and unified supply" of special gas materials for the group company's capital construction, major technical renovation and repair projects, so as to ensure the smooth supply of engineering materials. At the same time, we constantly explore the new material procurement model; On the basis of efforts to improve the existing business, Beijing Gas also hopes to use information technology to drive the modernization of management, and through the implementation of advanced material management information systems, the implementation of material planning management, procurement bidding management, supplier management, The intensive and standardized management of network purchasing and remote examination and approval can solve the main problems existing in material management at present, improve working efficiency and realize sunshine purchasing. Through the investigation, induction and analysis of the materials management business of Beijing Gas Group material Branch and other comprehensive branch companies, this paper demonstrates and optimizes the system and process, combining with the optimization of the organizational structure. The construction and development of material management information system are realized. According to the actual application, the material information system of Beijing Gas Group mainly includes material management, demand management, procurement management, contract management, inventory management, supply management, quality inspection management, supplier management, financial settlement management, Integrated management, etc. Through the construction of the enterprise information system and its application in the future, it speeds up the modernization of the material management of Beijing Gas Group, improves the working efficiency of the existing staff, and realizes the sharing degree of the materials in the whole group company and the supply chain. The overall decision-making level and market competitiveness of material management are improved, and both social and economic benefits are realized.
