江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析及優(yōu)化升級研究

【摘要】:作為中國船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)三分天下有其一的江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè),經(jīng)過十幾年的努力有了長足的發(fā)展。近年來江蘇已經(jīng)超越上海,成為我國造船第一大省。然而江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)還存在著問題:船舶設(shè)計能力薄弱,船舶配套設(shè)備檔次較低,管理水平不高等。和韓、日等先進造船國家相比,總體水平比較落后。加之受市場的影響,船市陷入低迷,江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)也呈現(xiàn)出脆弱性的一面。因此有必要對江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)進行優(yōu)化升級,使其在激烈的競爭中保持不敗,更適應(yīng)未來市場的挑戰(zhàn)。本文主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)在概述了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論并對船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進行了定義的基礎(chǔ)上,從行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和地區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)四個方面入手,對江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進行了全面分析。 (2)結(jié)合江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,運用灰色系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法對江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)各部門(造船產(chǎn)業(yè)、船舶配套產(chǎn)業(yè)、修拆船產(chǎn)業(yè))的產(chǎn)值與總產(chǎn)值進行了關(guān)聯(lián)度分析,,得出江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)以造船產(chǎn)業(yè)為主,船舶配套產(chǎn)業(yè)與修拆船產(chǎn)業(yè)跟不上造船產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,整個船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不平衡,結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;運用區(qū)位熵分析法對江蘇與全國的船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)比較分析表明:江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)位熵稍高于全國水平,其中配套產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化優(yōu)勢明顯,造船產(chǎn)業(yè)略占優(yōu)勢,修拆船產(chǎn)業(yè)相對薄弱。運用產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度分析法對江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度進行了測定,結(jié)果表明:江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度很低,企業(yè)相對分散,產(chǎn)業(yè)過度競爭,行業(yè)利潤下降。最后,針對三種分析方法的結(jié)果,得出江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)定量分析的結(jié)論,為下文提出優(yōu)化江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)作鋪墊。 (3)針對前面得出的江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)定量分析的結(jié)果與結(jié)論,提出了優(yōu)化措施:調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),糾正失調(diào)比例,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化;鼓勵技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提高管理水平與專業(yè)化優(yōu)勢,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高度化;制定合理產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)政策,奠定良好制度基礎(chǔ),保證產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化等。 論文旨在分析研究江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,使江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)清楚地了解在激烈的競爭中自己所處的地位,并為了保持江蘇船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展而加速船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級。本文的研究不僅能夠豐富船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論,而且能夠為船舶行業(yè)、企業(yè)和相關(guān)政府部門提供一定的參考價值,為制定船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)政策提供科學的決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu shipbuilding industry, one of the three parts of China's shipbuilding industry, has made great progress in the past ten years. In recent years, Jiangsu has surpassed Shanghai and become the largest shipbuilding province in China. However, there are still some problems in Jiangsu shipbuilding industry, such as weak ship design capacity, low level of ship supporting equipment and low level of management. Compared with Korea, Japan and other advanced shipbuilding countries, the overall level is relatively backward. In addition, due to the influence of the market, the ship market is in a downturn, and the shipbuilding industry in Jiangsu Province also presents a fragile side. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize and upgrade the shipbuilding industry in Jiangsu in order to keep it unbeaten in the fierce competition and adapt to the challenges of the future market. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) on the basis of summarizing the industrial structure, the theory of industrial structure optimization and the definition of ship industrial structure, from the industry structure, industrial organization structure, Starting with the product structure and regional structure, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of Jiangsu shipbuilding structure. (2) combined with the present situation of Jiangsu shipbuilding industry structure, this paper analyzes the output value and gross output value of every department of Jiangsu shipbuilding industry (shipbuilding industry, ship supporting industry, shipbreaking industry) by using grey system correlation degree analysis method. The conclusion is that the shipbuilding industry is the main industry in Jiangsu, the shipbuilding industry and shipbuilding industry can not keep up with the development of shipbuilding industry, the development of the whole shipbuilding industry is unbalanced and the structure is unreasonable. The comparative analysis of the shipbuilding industry between Jiangsu and the whole country by means of location entropy analysis shows that the location entropy of Jiangsu shipbuilding industry is slightly higher than that of the whole country, in which the specialization advantage of supporting industry is obvious, the shipbuilding industry is slightly dominant, and the shipbuilding and dismantling industry is relatively weak. The paper uses the industrial concentration analysis method to measure the ship industry concentration degree in Jiangsu Province. The results show that the ship industry concentration degree in Jiangsu is very low, the enterprises are relatively dispersed, the industry is over-competitive, and the industry profit is declining. Finally, according to the results of three analysis methods, the conclusion of quantitative analysis of Jiangsu ship industry structure is drawn, which lays the groundwork for the following suggestions to optimize Jiangsu ship industry structure. (3) according to the results and conclusions of the quantitative analysis of Jiangsu ship industry structure, the optimization measures are put forward: adjust the industrial structure, correct the proportion of maladjustment, and promote the rationalization of the industrial structure; We should encourage technological innovation, improve the management level and specialization, promote the upgrading of industrial structure, formulate reasonable industrial structure policies, lay a good institutional foundation, and ensure the optimization of industrial structure. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu shipbuilding industry, so that the Jiangsu shipbuilding industry can clearly understand its position in the fierce competition. And in order to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the shipping industry in Jiangsu and accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the ship industry. The research in this paper can not only enrich the theory of ship industry structure, but also provide certain reference value for ship industry, enterprises and relevant government departments, and provide scientific decision basis for making ship industry policy.
