中國石油企業(yè)文化建設的哲學探析

【摘要】:在當今以信息、技術(shù)、人才為主導的多元化時代,,企業(yè)自身的生存發(fā)展以及企業(yè)之間的實力競爭,實質(zhì)上已演變?yōu)槠髽I(yè)文化之間的對抗,國內(nèi)外的學者和企業(yè)經(jīng)營者越來越重視對企業(yè)文化的建設和發(fā)展。一個企業(yè)的文化建設和文化表達,不僅能夠推動企業(yè)完善管理,提高經(jīng)濟效益,而且能夠充分說明這個企業(yè)甚至所在國家的文明發(fā)達程度。所以,對于企業(yè)文化的研究和建設是必不可少的。 本論文從企業(yè)文化的基本理論入手,通過對企業(yè)文化的界定,對企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)哲學的關(guān)系進行辯證分析,進而對我國石油企業(yè)文化的概念和哲學精髓做出概括。作為我國企業(yè)文化的成功實踐經(jīng)驗之一,我國石油企業(yè)文化的形成有其獨特的生成環(huán)境和思想基礎,其建設一直伴隨著我國石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,“大慶精神”、“鐵人精神”、“三老四嚴”、“四個一樣”等都是石油企業(yè)在長期的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營實踐中形成的寶貴精神財富。世界經(jīng)濟在不斷開放和融合,在如此國際化的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展大環(huán)境下,全球企業(yè)的跨國經(jīng)營時代已然到來,“走出去”戰(zhàn)略對于中國石油企業(yè)來說是一個更高層次和更高水平的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,企業(yè)文化的建設也同樣面臨內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境的雙重壓力,在繼承優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)石油企業(yè)文化的基礎上,完成新時期的突破和改造具有重要的時代意義。中國石油企業(yè)的跨國經(jīng)營時代已然到來,在激烈的世界競爭中突出重圍、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,經(jīng)營中的文化創(chuàng)新應成為當今企業(yè)經(jīng)營者首要思考的問題。文章結(jié)尾部分結(jié)合真實案例和數(shù)據(jù),運用哲學思維對中國石油企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營時期的文化創(chuàng)新問題給出理論與實踐相結(jié)合的戰(zhàn)略分析,并給出相應問題的解決措施。 “走出去”的中國石油企業(yè)已經(jīng)進入快速發(fā)展階段,面向未來,希望我國石油企業(yè)在國際競爭日趨激烈的今天,善于傳承、大膽借鑒、敢于創(chuàng)新,不斷探索出一套適合自我、內(nèi)涵豐富、新穎獨特的企業(yè)文化新機制。
[Abstract]:In today's pluralistic era of information, technology and talent, the survival and development of the enterprise itself and the strength competition among the enterprises have actually evolved into confrontation among the corporate cultures. Scholars and business operators at home and abroad pay more and more attention to the construction and development of corporate culture. The cultural construction and cultural expression of an enterprise can not only promote the enterprise to perfect the management and improve the economic benefit, but also can fully explain the degree of civilization and development of the enterprise and even the country in which it is located. Therefore, the research and construction of corporate culture is essential. This paper starts with the basic theory of enterprise culture, through the definition of enterprise culture, carries on the dialectical analysis to the relation between the enterprise culture and the enterprise philosophy, and then generalizes the concept and the philosophy essence of the petroleum enterprise culture of our country. As one of the successful practical experiences of our country's enterprise culture, the formation of our country's petroleum enterprise culture has its unique forming environment and ideological foundation, and its construction has been accompanied by the development course of our country's petroleum industry, "the spirit of Daqing". "Iron Man Spirit", "three Old and four strict" and "four same" are all precious spiritual wealth formed in the long term production and management practice of petroleum enterprises. The world economy is continuously open and integrated. Under such an international economic development environment, the era of transnational management of global enterprises has arrived. The "going out" strategy is a higher level and a higher level of development strategy for Chinese oil enterprises, and the construction of enterprise culture also faces the double pressure of internal and external environment. On the basis of inheriting the excellent traditional petroleum enterprise culture, it is of great significance to complete the breakthrough and reform in the new period. The era of transnational management of Chinese petroleum enterprises has arrived. In the fierce world competition, the cultural innovation in the management should be the most important consideration for the business operators. At the end of the article, combining with real cases and data, the paper gives a strategic analysis of the cultural innovation in the period of transnational operation of Chinese petroleum enterprises by using philosophical thinking, and gives the corresponding solutions to the problems. The Chinese petroleum enterprises that "go out" have entered the stage of rapid development and face the future. We hope that our petroleum enterprises will be good at inheriting, using for reference boldly, daring to innovate, and constantly exploring a suit for themselves in the increasingly fierce international competition. Rich in connotation, novel and unique new mechanism of corporate culture.
