第三方物流與供應(yīng)商管理庫存集成供應(yīng)鏈庫存與運(yùn)輸策略研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)和供應(yīng)鏈理論的不斷發(fā)展,供應(yīng)商管理庫存(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)因其能夠消除牛鞭效應(yīng),降低供應(yīng)鏈成本等優(yōu)勢(shì)而被廣泛應(yīng)用和研究。但是,由于受到供應(yīng)商物流能力的制約,對(duì)供應(yīng)商而言,實(shí)施VMI并不一定能帶來切實(shí)的利益。而隨著第三方物流(Third Party Logistics, TPL)引入VMI運(yùn)作,VMITPL集成供應(yīng)鏈有效地彌補(bǔ)了VMI的缺陷,降低了供應(yīng)鏈物流成本,提升了供應(yīng)鏈的整體水平。因此,VMITPL集成供應(yīng)鏈理論越來越多地受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者和企業(yè)的關(guān)注。至今,對(duì)VMITPL理論的研究尚處于初級(jí)階段,仍有許多方面需要完善,鑒于此,本論文在探討VMITPL集成模式的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究了VMITPL庫存運(yùn)輸策略以及VMITPL策略在企業(yè)中的實(shí)施方案。 首先,本論文闡述了VMI的內(nèi)涵、優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,TPL的內(nèi)涵,VMI與TPL的集成,VMI和VMITPL供應(yīng)鏈的庫存運(yùn)輸?shù)葐栴}的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了兩種最常見的VMI供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作模式:供應(yīng)商到分銷商VMI供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)商到制造商VMI供應(yīng)鏈。 其次,本論文研究了“多供應(yīng)商、單制造商、單TPL”和“單供應(yīng)商、多分銷商、單TPL”這兩種最常見VMITPL供應(yīng)鏈,提出了其運(yùn)作模式,并在經(jīng)濟(jì)效果模型的基礎(chǔ)上,分別建立了庫存策略模型和運(yùn)輸策略模型,并就上述模型設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)解法,得到了各種情況下的最優(yōu)庫存運(yùn)輸策略。 最后,本論文以S公司供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作為案例,研究了VMITPL策略在S公司實(shí)施的運(yùn)作流程和實(shí)施過程,并應(yīng)用庫存運(yùn)輸策略模型,結(jié)合S公司的歷年銷售和生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),分析比較了現(xiàn)行EOQ策略與VMITPL策略對(duì)S公司供應(yīng)鏈成本的影響。結(jié)果表明,實(shí)施VMITPL策略在理論上能夠降低S公司的成本。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economy and supply chain theory, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI has been widely used and studied because of its advantages of eliminating bullwhip effect and reducing supply chain cost. However, due to the constraints of suppliers' logistics ability, the implementation of VMI does not necessarily bring real benefits to suppliers. With the introduction of VMI into the third party logistics (TPL) (Third Party Logistics, TPL), VMITPL integrated supply chain can effectively remedy the defects of VMI, reduce the cost of supply chain logistics, and improve the overall level of supply chain. Therefore, the theory of VMITPL integrated supply chain is paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars and enterprises. Up to now, the study of VMITPL theory is still in the primary stage, and there are still many aspects to be improved. In view of this, this paper further studies the VMITPL inventory transport strategy and the implementation scheme of VMITPL strategy in enterprises on the basis of discussing the VMITPL integration mode. Firstly, this paper describes the connotation, advantages and disadvantages of VMI, the connotation of TPL, the integration of VMI and TPL, the inventory transportation of VMI and VMITPL supply chain and so on. It also introduces two most common VMI supply chain modes: Vendor to Distributor VMI supply chain and supplier to manufacturer VMI supply chain. Secondly, this paper studies the two most common VMITPL supply chain, "multi-supplier, single-manufacturer, single-TPL" and "single supplier, multi-distributor, single TPL", and puts forward its operation mode, and on the basis of economic effect model, the paper studies the two most common VMITPL supply chains, which are "multi-supplier, single-manufacturer, single TPL" and "single supplier, multi-distributor, single TPL". The inventory strategy model and the transportation strategy model are established, and the corresponding solutions are designed to obtain the optimal inventory transportation strategy under various circumstances. Finally, this paper takes S Company's supply chain operation as an example, studies the operation process and implementation process of VMITPL strategy in S Company, and applies inventory transportation strategy model, combined with S company's sales and production data over the years. The influence of current EOQ strategy and VMITPL strategy on supply chain cost of S Company is analyzed and compared. The results show that the implementation of VMITPL strategy can reduce the cost of S Company in theory.
