基于BIM的建筑供應(yīng)鏈信息集成管理模式研究

【摘要】:隨著建筑業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)日益大型化、復(fù)雜化、多樣化,工程建設(shè)行業(yè)取得一定發(fā)展成就的同時(shí)面臨著很多挑戰(zhàn)。行業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率低下、資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重、整體價(jià)值偏低等問(wèn)題一直制約著建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程工程變更多、工期拖延、成本超支、質(zhì)量低下等現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常發(fā)生,安全事故也屢見(jiàn)不鮮。究其根本原因,在于工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)過(guò)程參與者眾多、建設(shè)過(guò)程相互分離,各方之間沒(méi)有形成統(tǒng)一的信息共享平臺(tái),有效溝通與交流的缺乏造成了很多寶貴信息資源的流失。 建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理模式是供應(yīng)鏈管理思想在建筑業(yè)應(yīng)用的具體化,通過(guò)借助于先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)對(duì)參與方之間的信息流、物流、資金流進(jìn)行有效地控制和管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)工項(xiàng)目的整體化交付。而在信息管理方面具有突出優(yōu)勢(shì)的BIM技術(shù),是工程界在理論研究和工程實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出來(lái)的變革性信息技術(shù)。建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理模式要想高效地實(shí)現(xiàn)工程項(xiàng)目整體交付,必須通過(guò)集成化管理對(duì)信息流進(jìn)行有效的控制和協(xié)調(diào),BIM的出現(xiàn)可以滿(mǎn)足建筑供應(yīng)鏈信息集成化管理的需求,增加專(zhuān)業(yè)溝通、減少信息資源浪費(fèi)。 本文首先在建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理理論和BIM內(nèi)涵概述的基礎(chǔ)上,概括建筑企業(yè)實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理模式時(shí)存在的信息管理問(wèn)題,對(duì)建筑供應(yīng)鏈信息管理和BIM的契合點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,論證建筑供應(yīng)鏈信息集成管理模式下BIM應(yīng)用的可行性。其次,構(gòu)建基于BIM的建筑供應(yīng)鏈信息集成管理模式,從信息整合、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、交互三個(gè)角度對(duì)模式的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,并指明模式的實(shí)現(xiàn)需要解決的核心問(wèn)題。最后,在探討模式運(yùn)作平臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)上,從設(shè)計(jì)與施工整合、采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)集成、交付與運(yùn)營(yíng)協(xié)調(diào)三個(gè)方面對(duì)模式運(yùn)作進(jìn)行分析,并給出模式運(yùn)作在建設(shè)行業(yè)、建筑企業(yè)、工程項(xiàng)目層面的不同價(jià)值,認(rèn)為BIM應(yīng)用于工程建設(shè)實(shí)踐需要IPD、精益建造等先進(jìn)建造管理技術(shù)的支撐,,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀探討了BIM應(yīng)用的支撐環(huán)境建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the construction industry, the construction of engineering projects in China is increasingly large-scale, complex, diversified, engineering construction industry has made certain achievements in the development of the face of a lot of challenges at the same time. Problems such as inefficient production, serious waste of resources and low overall value have been restricting the sustainable development of the construction industry. Safety accidents are also common. The fundamental reason is that there are many participants in the construction process of the project, the construction process is separated from each other, there is no unified information sharing platform between the parties, and the lack of effective communication and communication results in the loss of a lot of valuable information resources. Construction supply chain management mode is the concrete application of supply chain management in construction industry. By means of advanced information technology, the information flow, logistics and capital flow among participants are effectively controlled and managed. Realize the integrated delivery of the project. The BIM technology, which has outstanding advantages in information management, is a transformative information technology summarized by the engineering field on the basis of theoretical research and engineering practice. In order to realize the overall delivery of engineering project efficiently, the construction supply chain management mode must control and coordinate the information flow effectively through integrated management. The appearance of BIM can meet the demand of integrated information management in construction supply chain. Increase professional communication and reduce waste of information resources. Based on the theory of architectural supply chain management and the outline of BIM connotation, this paper summarizes the information management problems existing in the implementation of supply chain management mode in construction enterprises, and analyzes the convergence point between information management of construction supply chain and BIM. The feasibility of the application of BIM under the information integration management mode of building supply chain is demonstrated. Secondly, the information integration management model of building supply chain based on BIM is constructed, and the structure of the model is analyzed in detail from three angles of information integration, standardization and interaction, and the core problems to be solved in the realization of the model are pointed out. Finally, on the basis of discussing the mode operation platform, this paper analyzes the mode operation from three aspects: design and construction integration, procurement and supply integration, delivery and operation coordination, and gives the model operation in construction industry and construction enterprise. It is considered that the application of BIM in engineering construction needs the support of advanced construction management technology such as lean construction of IPD, and the construction of supporting environment for BIM application is discussed in combination with the present situation.
