外貿(mào)服裝跟單流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟全球化的今天,為了獲得競爭優(yōu)勢,許多公司嘗試進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造。但是這種變革并沒有給公司帶來顯著的業(yè)績,我們也不得不正視這么一個慘痛的事實,,成功的背后是大量失敗的案例以及微不足道的經(jīng)濟效益。然而流程優(yōu)化是企業(yè)改善內(nèi)部管理的有效途徑之一。那么,如何有效對流程優(yōu)化進(jìn)行策劃分析?如何優(yōu)化流程,優(yōu)化后如何有效實施?當(dāng)前亟待從理論和實踐上對其進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的研究。 本文對服裝外貿(mào)公司HY的跟單流程優(yōu)化的全過程進(jìn)行研究。首先介紹了HY公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源狀況等。采用問卷調(diào)查、深入訪談等方法對原流程進(jìn)行分析后,通過SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計軟件對顧客需求重要性調(diào)查問卷分析,獲得影響顧客需求的關(guān)鍵影響因子─售前服務(wù)。基于BPI理論對流程進(jìn)行了分析研究并進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。接著對設(shè)計后流程的實施進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的研究,最后從顧客滿意度方面檢驗流程優(yōu)化的效果。 結(jié)合服裝外貿(mào)企業(yè)跟單特點和生產(chǎn)實際情況,運用流程優(yōu)化理論,對流程及工作內(nèi)容、現(xiàn)狀等方面進(jìn)行分析,找出跟單工作中的規(guī)律性,通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的方法使之成為可以規(guī)范化操作的流程,可以極大性地提升外貿(mào)跟單人員的能力和素質(zhì),提高服裝跟單工作的效率,對于激烈競爭環(huán)境下的外貿(mào)服裝企業(yè)的生存和快速發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In today's economic globalization, in order to gain competitive advantage, many companies try to carry out business process reengineering. But this kind of change does not bring the remarkable performance to the company, we also have to face up to such a painful fact, behind the success is a large number of failure cases and insignificant economic benefits. However, process optimization is one of the effective ways to improve internal management. So, how to effectively plan and analyze the process optimization? How to optimize the process and how to implement it effectively after optimization? At present, it is urgent to make a deep and systematic study on it in theory and practice. This paper studies the whole process of single-process optimization of garment foreign trade company HY. First of all, it introduces the organization structure and human resource situation of HY Company. After analyzing the original process by questionnaire, in-depth interview and so on, the paper analyzes the importance of customer demand by SPSS19.0 statistical software, and obtains the key influencing factor of customer demand, pre-sale service. The process is analyzed and optimized based on BPI theory. Then the implementation of the design process is further studied. Finally, the effect of process optimization is tested from customer satisfaction. Combined with the characteristics of garment foreign trade enterprises and the actual production situation, the flow optimization theory is used to analyze the flow, work content, current situation, and to find out the regularity of the following work. By making it a standardized process, we can greatly improve the ability and quality of the foreign trade personnel, and improve the efficiency of garment work. It is of great significance for the survival and rapid development of foreign trade garment enterprises under the fierce competition environment.
