基于全球價(jià)值鏈視角的中國(guó)家具業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)研究

【摘要】:1998年至2012年,中國(guó)家具出口占世界家具貿(mào)易的出口份額保持穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),而2013年中國(guó)家具國(guó)際市場(chǎng)份額首次出現(xiàn)明顯下滑。高度融入全球價(jià)值鏈的中國(guó)家具業(yè)必須重視這種非正,F(xiàn)象,防止中國(guó)家具出口份額繼續(xù)下降。本文從全球價(jià)值鏈的視角,分析中國(guó)家具業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的必要性并提出可行性路徑。 本文共七個(gè)章,核心章節(jié)是第三、四、五、六章。第二章主要是闡述論文寫作的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章,主要是家具行業(yè)概述,總結(jié)出中國(guó)家具業(yè)具有集聚性強(qiáng)、出口依賴性強(qiáng)、國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)對(duì)外開放度不足和家具原材料主要通過(guò)進(jìn)口等特征。第四章,從全球價(jià)值鏈的角度分析中國(guó)家具業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,將中國(guó)分別與德國(guó)、意大利等傳統(tǒng)發(fā)達(dá)家具制造大國(guó)和墨西哥、波蘭等新興家具制造大國(guó)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,以及對(duì)美國(guó)、法國(guó)、日本等世界家具進(jìn)口大國(guó)進(jìn)行分析。第五章,從全球價(jià)值鏈視角分析出中國(guó)家具業(yè)面臨著國(guó)際家具原材料的大幅上漲、勞動(dòng)力成本上升、人民幣升值等問(wèn)題。第六章,依據(jù)傳統(tǒng)發(fā)達(dá)家具制造國(guó)德國(guó)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及中國(guó)在全球家具價(jià)值鏈背景下存在的問(wèn)題,提出了三點(diǎn)建議:發(fā)展家具產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易,實(shí)施本土化策策略和利用國(guó)際金融手段規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 本文提出:(1)高水平的產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易是保持德國(guó)家具強(qiáng)國(guó)地位的主要原因,(2)地域性是影響家具進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的重要因素,(3)發(fā)展中國(guó)家波蘭和墨西哥是中國(guó)強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手。希望本文的研究有助于在全球價(jià)值鏈視角下更加深刻地理解中國(guó)家具業(yè)并能為未來(lái)中國(guó)家具業(yè)的健康發(fā)展提供些許建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:From 1998 to 2012, China's furniture export share of the world furniture trade remained stable growth, and in 2013, China's furniture international market share showed a significant decline for the first time. The Chinese furniture industry, which is highly integrated into the global value chain, must pay attention to this abnormal phenomenon and prevent the Chinese furniture export share from falling further. From the perspective of global value chain, this paper analyzes the necessity of the transformation and upgrading of Chinese furniture industry and puts forward the feasible path. There are seven chapters in this paper, the core chapters are the third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters. The second chapter mainly expounds the theoretical basis of the thesis writing. In the third chapter, the author summarizes the characteristics of furniture industry in China, such as strong agglomeration, strong dependence on export, lack of opening to the outside world in domestic market, and mainly through import of furniture raw materials. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of China's furniture industry from the perspective of global value chain, compares China with the traditional developed furniture manufacturing countries such as Germany and Italy, Mexico, Poland and other emerging furniture manufacturing countries, as well as the United States, France, etc. Japan and other major countries in the world furniture import analysis. In the fifth chapter, from the perspective of global value chain, the author points out that the Chinese furniture industry is faced with the problems of international furniture raw materials, labor cost and RMB appreciation. Chapter six, according to the successful experience of Germany, a traditional developed furniture manufacturing country, and the problems existing in China under the background of global furniture value chain, three suggestions are put forward: developing intra-industry trade in furniture industry. Implement localization strategy and use international financial means to avoid risk. This paper puts forward the following points: (1) the high level of intra-industry trade is the main reason for maintaining the status of Germany's furniture power, (2) the regionality is the important factor that affects the furniture import and export trade. Developing countries Poland and Mexico are China's strong competitors. It is hoped that the research in this paper will contribute to a deeper understanding of China's furniture industry from the perspective of global value chain and provide some constructive suggestions for the healthy development of China's furniture industry in the future.
